面向集成的流程企业设备管理系统研究与开发

【摘要】 随着信息技术的发展,企业信息化正朝着集成化的方向发展。由于生产过程的特殊性,流程企业对设备管理信息化提出了更高的要求。流程企业迫切要求设备管理系统不仅能够提供对设备管理主要业务的综合管理,而且能够在设备管理基础上融入实时监控技术,能够与企业其它系统进行系统集成,以提高企业设备管理信息化水平。本文以某制药企业设备管理系统项目为背景,针对流程企业设备管理需求,从集成化角度出发,设计开发了流程企业设备管理系统,并主要从以下几方面进行了研究:(1)流程企业设备管理系统的分析与建模。根据流程企业设备管理系统的功能需求与集成需求,采用基于UML的面向对象方法,通过系统主要用例、典型序列图和系统类图对流程企业设备管理主要业务进行了详细分析与建模。(2)流程企业设备监控与管理信息的集成。采用OPC接口作为设备监控系统与设备管理系统的通讯接口;建立了设备监控与管理信息的集成结构;根据OPC技术规范,开发了OPC客户端控件,用于实现设备监控实时数据的读取、显示和存储;选择组态王作为系统组态软件,研究了组态软件在集成结构中的应用;为了集成历史数据,开发了组态王历史数据转储工具。(3)流程企业设备管理系统与企业其它系统的集成。研究了传统的系统集成方法,提出了基于XML Web Service的系统集成方案,建立了流程企业设备管理系统与企业其它系统的集成模型;研究了基于XML技术实现系统间的数据交换;基于Web Service技术实现系统间的应用集成。(4)流程企业设备管理原型系统的开发。充分利用已有研究成果,建立了系统集成体系结构和功能框架,选择了系统平台及开发工具,研究了数据库操作和报表生成的关键技术,实现了B/S模式的流程企业设备管理原型系统。

【Abstract】 With the development of information technology, enterprise informatization isoriented to the integration. Especially for flow enterprise, because of the particularityof its manufactory process, there is more highly demand for its equipmentmanagement. Flow enterprise needs the equipment management system for improvingthe enterprise equipment management informatization, which can manage mainfunctions of equipment management, including device supervisory control technologyand integrate other management systems. In order to meet the requirement ofenterprise equipment management, the paper designs and develops a set of equipmentmanagement system according to the information integration and a pharmacyenterprise’s equipment management system project. The paper’s main content andresearch work are as follows:(1) The analyzing and modeling of flow enterprise equipment management.According to the equipment management requirement of functions and integration offlow enterprise and by the way of the object-oriented method based on UML, the mainfunctions of equipment management are analyzed and modeled by the use case, typicalthe sequence diagram and the class diagram.(2) The integration of flow enterprise equipment control and managementinformation. The communication interface of equipment control system and equipmentmanagement is OPC interface. The integration structure is built up. According to OPCrules, the OPC client tool is developed, which can read, display and store the realtimedata of equipment control. The Kingview is selected as the system configurationsoftware. The application of configuration software in the integration structure isresearched. In order to integrate history data, Kingview’s history data storage tool isdeveloped.(3) The integration of flow enterprise equipment management system and othersystems. After the tradition system integration methods are researched, the systemintegration solution based on XML Web Service is put forward. The integration modelof flow enterprise equipment management system and other systems is built up. Thepaper researches the data exchange based on XML and application integration basedon Web Service.(4) Building the prototype system of flow enterprise equipment management.According to the prevenient research, the integration structure and main functions frame are built up. After choosing the system platform and develop tools andresearching the main technologies including database operation and report creation, thepaper realizes the prototype system of flow enterprise equipment management.
