【摘要】 居住地景观是城市景观的重要组成部分,城市景观的出现是人口快速增长和国民经济蓬勃发展的结果。城市景观一般具有大量的、规模的人工景观要素,是各种人造景观的高度集合。作为城市景观的重要组成部分,居住地景观是物质和能量消费系统,同时也是废物主要输出地区。充分认识呼和浩特市主城区人居环境建设并成功发展城市居住地景观,则是奠定今后百年甚至更长时期内呼和浩特市的繁荣与发展的基础。本文通过对呼和浩特市主城区居住地景观进行深入细致分析,选取呼和浩特市主城区为研究对象,应用定性和定量相结合的方法,在遥感、GIS技术支持下,利用呼和浩特市遥感影像,并结合实地考察,及相关的居住地的各种统计资料和数据,对呼和浩特市主城区居住地景观现状及特征进行综合分析和深入研究,在此基础上,获取一定的适宜性评价指标和景观格局指数,从而进行居住地适宜性评价。最后,对呼和浩特市主城区居住地存在的主要问题进行分析,并提出居住地可持续发展对策。通过研究发现:居住地建设缺乏统一规划和宏观调控,区域发展不平衡;传统街坊居住地和单位附属居住地景观难以形成良好的人居环境;规模小、分布散,配套公共设施不完善,难以发挥规模效益;综合性公园和大型公共活动场所缺少以及交通道路问题严重影响居住地质量。当前的居住地景观建设呈现多元化的局面,各种类型的居住地景观条件相差很大,居民的居住环境差距明显。应探求适应时代发展的新的、合理的居住地景观,提高人们的生活质量,促进居民的交往和融合,维持社会的和谐与安定。因此,在城市快速发展的大背景下,利用政策的优越性,大力进行居住地景观建设,是呼和浩特市居住地景观发展的主要方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The inhabited landscape is important constituent of the city landscape, The appearance of the city landscape is the result of population fast growth and the national economy vigorous development. The city landscape generally has massively, the scale artificial landscape essential factor, is each kind of man-made landscape highly gathers. As the city landscape important constituent, the inhabited landscape is material and the energy expense system, simultaneously also is the waste main output area. Fully knew the Huhhot main city housing environment construction and the successly develops the city inhabited landscape, then will be establishes prosperity and the development foundation in the next hundred year even longer times in Huhhot .This paper through careful analysis of carrying on to the Huhhot main city inhabited landscape, selects the Huhhot main city is the research object, the method is the application qualitative and the quota unifies, Under the support of the remote sensing and GIS technolegy, uses the Huhhot remote sensing image, and the on-the-spot investigation, and the each kind of statistical data and the data of inhabited area,this paper carries on the generalized analysis and study to the Huhhot main city inhabited landscape present situation and the characteristic, in this foundation, gains the certain being suitable appraisal target and the landscape pattern index, thus carries on the inhabited area being suitable appraisal. Finally, this article carries on the analysis to main question of the Huhhot main city inhabited area , and proposes the inhabited area sustainable development countermeasure.Discovered through the research that, The inhabited area construction lacks the unified plan and the macroeconomic regulation and control,the region development is not balanced; The traditional neighbor inhabited area and the unit attached inhabited area landscape forms the good housing environment difficultly; The scale is small, divides spreads, the necessary public facility is imperfect,displays the scale benefit with difficulty; The comprehensive park and the large-scale public active place lack as well as the transportation path question serious influence inhabited area quality. The current inhabited area landscape construction presents multiplex the aspect, each kind of type inhabited area landscape condition is very differently , inhabitant’s environment disparity is obvious. We should seek the inhabited area landscape of adapting development to be new, the reasonable, improves people’s quality of life, promotes inhabitant’s contact and the fusion, the maintenance society’s harmony and the stability. Therefore, under the city fast development big background, use policy superiority, vigorously carries on the inhabited landscape construction, it is the main direction of Huhhot inhabited landscape development.更多还原
