盐酸介质中黄铜缓蚀研究

【摘要】 内容摘要:本文利用失重法,通过测定数十种有机化合物存在条件下,10%HCl介质中黄铜的腐蚀速率和缓蚀效率,筛选出盐酸介质中对黄铜具有一定缓蚀作用的几种化合物。选择其中的六次甲基四胺、二乙烯三胺、乙二胺四乙酸分别作为研究对象,通过吸附理论和电化学极化曲线,研究不同温度下各自在10%HCl介质中对黄铜的缓蚀作用,计算了吸附热,进而探讨缓蚀作用的机理。由实验结果可见:这几种物质在黄铜的表面主要产生单分子层吸附,且在所研究的温度范围内基本上符合Langmuir吸附规律;六次甲基四胺、二乙烯三胺、乙二胺四乙酸的吸附过程均为吸热反应,随温度升高吸附能力升高,腐蚀速率增大,缓蚀效率增大;这三种化合物均属于阳极型缓蚀剂,它们的加入都能使腐蚀电流有不同程度的降低。由于单组分缓蚀剂在实际应用中存在局限性,因此需要研制出一种复合缓蚀剂,能够抵制工作介质中的杂质、温度等因素的影响。本文主要通过正交实验方法对这几种物质进行复配,得到一种缓蚀效果良好的复合缓蚀剂。同样利用失重法,电化学极化曲线法,扫描电镜对其缓蚀性能进行了评价。分别测定了复合缓蚀剂的抗温性、抗酸性、抗时间性,其缓蚀效果均优于单组分缓蚀剂。极化曲线法证明该复合缓蚀剂为阳极型缓蚀剂。扫描电镜照片显示无点蚀、晶间腐蚀等非均匀腐蚀现象,缓蚀率高。说明该复合缓蚀剂是盐酸介质中黄铜的优良缓蚀剂。

【Abstract】 Content: The corrosion velocity and corrosion inhibition efficiency of many kinds of compound for brass in 10% hydrochloric acid was studied using the weight-loss method, then some kinds of compounds with certain corrosion inhibition effect have been got in 10% hydrochloric acid solution.In these compounds hexamethylenetetramine, diethylenetriamine and eathylene diamine tetraacetic acid selected as research object. Their corrosion inhibition action for brass was studied with different temperatures in 10% hydrochloric acid by adsorption theory and electrochemical polarization-curve method, the mechanism of corrosion inhibition action was analyzed. The results indicated that the single molecule layer of these compounds adsorbed on the surface of brass and almost followed Langmiur isothermal equation. The adsorption procedure of hexamethylenetetramine, diethylenetriamine and eathylene diamine tetraacetic acid was a heat-absorbing reaction, the adsorption ability and corrosion inhibition efficiency increased with increasing in temperature. They are all positive type inhibitor. The corrosion current was decreased by them in different degree.A composite and excellent corrosion inhibitor was composed by orthogonal method. The corrosion inhibition action of this composite corrosion inhibitor has been evaluated by using weight-loss method, electrochemical polarization-curve method and scanning electron microscopy techniques. The corrosion rate of brass in hydrochloric acid has been determined with different concentration of hydrochloric acid, different temperature and different time. The composite corrosion inhibitor is positive type inhibitor. The SEM photos indicated that no signal of was found under different corrosion condition. It shows that the composite corrosion inhibitor is an excellent corrosion inhibitor for brass in hydrochloric acid solution.
