【副题名】以南京市鼓楼区“心贴心”社区服务中心为个案

【摘要】 非营利组织作为政府、企业之外的一种力量,正随着中国市场经济的发育和政府职能的转变而不断成长。它们在为自己争取生存空间的同时,也给社会结构带来了深远的影响。社区服务型非营利组织是非营利组织的一种类型,由于它提供的是社区服务这一特殊产品,因而与政府、社区有着紧密的联系。本文选取南京市鼓楼区“心贴心”社区服务中心作为典型个案,采用文献法、访谈法,在西方主要非营利组织理论的指导下,透视社会转型期社区服务型非营利组织的运营现状。文中重点探讨了社区服务型非营利组织与政府、社区之间的互动关系,社区服务型非营利组织社会网络的构建,以及社区服务型非营利组织运营中的制约因素。最后在“心贴心”个案分析的基础上,力图得出一些具有普遍意义的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a factor that besides government and enterprises, Non-profit Organizations (NPOs) are growing up with the development of Chinese market economy and the transition of the government’s functions. While the NPOs are trying to obtain the development space for themselves, they have also brought far-reaching influence to the social structure. The community service oriented NPO is one type of the NPOs, which has close connection with the government and community as it offers special product ---- community service.In the light of NPOs theory, via documents and interviews, this paper focuses on Xintiexin Community Service Center in Gulou District of Nanjing. It analyses the interactive relationship between the community service oriented NPO and the government and community, the social network to the community service oriented NPO, and the restriction to the community service oriented NGO. The last part tries hard to draw some conclusions on general significance by the analyze of the typical case of Xintiexin Community Service Center.更多还原
