基于数据通信的碳纤维子弹药引信定高系统相关技术研究

【摘要】 引信是弹药的“眼睛”和“大脑”,新概念武器的使用需要拥有与之相适应的引信技术。在论文中,研究以碳纤维弹药为应用背景,开展基于数据通信的子弹药引信定高系统相关技术研究。该定高系统以无线电指令引信技术为基础,采用无线数字通信的工作方式,实现最佳起爆高度控制。通过对碳纤维弹药应用环境、作用原理的分析,提出两种定高方案,分别是基于时间同步的无源时差定位方案和基于主动式无线电定高引信的定高方案,并以基于时间同步的无源时差定位方案为基础展开定高系统的研究。在该引信定高体系建立过程中,将多站无源时差定位法进行改进,建立了定高系统的算法模型;在可行性理论探讨中,对时间同步技术进行研究,并引入基于GPS共视技术时间同步系统的设计思想方法和理论模型,为该引信定高技术的实现奠定理论基础;在原理样机设计中,结合碳纤维弹的战技指标需求,从已经建立起的某引信定高整体方案出发,完成了原理样机除时间同步系统外的定高系统软硬件模块设计和原理样机实验,实验结果表明,无线数据通信系统的性能指标满足碳纤维弹药定高的需求。
【Abstract】 Fuze is the eye and brain of ammunition. The anticipative function of a new conceptweapon needs a certain kind of suited fuze technology for it. Based on the carbon fiberbomb as application background, the height measuring system of carbon fiber bomb fuzebased on data transmission is researched.The height measuring system of fuze works in the way of wireless datacommunication, based on the fuze technology of radio instruction, in order to carry outthe control of detonation in the optimal height. By the analysis of the carbon fiber bombfunctionary environment and process, two sorts of height measuring methods areraised.They are the method of TDOA (Time Difference Of Arrival) location based ontime synchronization and the method of height measurement based on the active radioheight measuring fuze. And the height measuring system is researched by the method ofTDOA location based on time synchronization.Using the mathematics method, the method of distributed multi-station TDOAlocation is improved on, and the algorithmic model of the height measuring system offuze is set up. In feasibility analysis, the time synchronization technology is studied. Themethod and thought of design of time synchronization system based on GPS commontechnology are brought in. All of these establish the base of height measuring fuzetechnology. During the design process of principle prototype, according to the techniqueguide line of carbon fibre bomb, starting off the whole blue print of the height measuringsystem of fuze, the software and hardware module (except the time synchronizationsystem) design of principle prototype is completed. The performance of the system canachieve carbon fiber bomb guide line by the principle prototype test’s results.
