【摘要】 区域产业结构调整和主导产业选择是国家实施的产业宏观调控的重要组成部分,进行此方面的研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。自“十·五”以来,宿迁市经济增长迅速,但第二产业在产业结构方面也存在着诸多不合理。而工业结构的调整与优化,本质上就是正确地选择工业主导产业,并以此为核心,协调各产业间之间在数量和比例上的关系。要优化工业结构,就是要调整不合理的工业结构,正确选择工业主导产业。主导产业选择正确与否直接影响到宿迁市整个国民经济的发展,因此对宿迁市工业主导产业选择的研究具有积极作用。本文经过对宿迁市实际经济状况的分析,运用赫希曼产业关联理论、钱纳里的标准产业结构理论等经济理论,通过实地调研,资料搜集,运用静态、动态等分析方法阐述了宿迁市工业发展现状,并找出其中存在的问题,并对宿迁市工业发展的影响因素进行了分析。通过知己知彼的分析,明确了宿迁市工业发展阶段的定位。根据宿迁市工业发展的实际状况,建立了主导产业评价指标体系。分别采取了因子分析和模糊综合评判分析两种定量分析方法,对宿迁市主导工业进行优选,并采用聚类分析的方法对结果进行检验,最终认为宿迁市宜发展木材加工,食品加工和纺织制造等产业,并具体给出了相应产业的发展建议和对策。本文是江苏省宿迁市招标课题,课题编号(2005-093-007),本研究已通过宿迁市发改委验收,并获得好评。本文对苏北类似地区工业结构优化和工业主导产业选择提供借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Region industrial structure adjustment and choice of the leading industries are the most constitute part of the industrial macro-control implement by the goverment. so study on them has significant theories meaning and realistic meaning.Since the tenth“five-year”, Suqian city’s economic experienced rapid increase, but there are some problems with the industrial structure then, the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure is to chooes the leading industries correctly in essence. Base on it, to coordinate the quantity and proportion relationship in each industy. To optimize industrial structure is just to adjust the unreasonable industrial structure, choose the leading industries properly.With the development of Suqian city’s industy,the leading industries became the crucial component, so the right or error of the choice in leading industries influence the whole nation economy directly, then the study on Suqian city’s leading industries has positive function.This paper analyse the actual economic condition of Suqian city, in accordance with the related economic theory, determine the evaluation indicator, Adopt the factor analyse method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method separately to optimize suqian city’s industy leading industries, then use the classify analyse to test the reaearch result, finally, we draw the conclusion that the wood processing, food processing and the fabric manufacturing should be the leading industries of Suqian city, we also give the development proposal and strategy regard to the correspondent leading industries.This thesis is an bid subject of the Suqian Development and Reform Commission it had been verified and obtained favorable comments.
