广东科学中心E区隔震技术应用与研究

【摘要】 地震是对人类社会影响最大的灾难之一。资料显示,地震中的人员伤亡主要是由于建筑物的毁坏所造成的,因此加强建筑物的防震性能是人类防灾减灾的重要措施之一。目前,减轻地震灾害最有效的途径是对建筑物应用隔震减振技术,其中隔震技术是通过在上部结构和基础之间设置水平柔性层,延长结构侧向振动的基本周期,从而减小水平地震地面运动对上部结构的作用。本文结合广东省科技攻关项目—《隔震减振新技术在广东科学中心的应用与研究》,开展其中部分内容的研究,主要探讨广东科学中心E区巨型钢框架结构在应用基础隔震技术以及隔震支座安装过程中所涉及的一些问题。研究内容包含以下几个方面:1.简要介绍广东科学中心E区的隔震技术应用背景和结构特点;2.结合隔震支座的安装过程,探讨E区巨型钢框架结构中隔震支座的安装工艺,解决施工中出现的一些问题;并对比隔震支座安装在钢结构与混凝土结构中的不同之处;3.对本工程所采用国内目前最大直径的铅芯叠层橡胶隔震支座和新型的铅芯橡胶复合阻尼支座做力学性能检测试验研究;并对新型阻尼支座的水平性能检测方式进行了探讨;4.对隔震支座在施工过程中的变形进行监测,包括竖向变形、水平位移和偏心变形等,并分析这三种变形的特点和产生的原因。
【Abstract】 Earthquake is one of the most destructive disasters to human society. Data show thatpersonnel casualty in the earthquake is mainly caused by the damage of buildings, so one ofthe important measures in disaster prevention and reduction is to strengthen the seismicprevention of building. Nowadays, isolation technique is the most effective approach toreduce earthquake hazard. Isolation technique extends the basic period of side structuralvibration and reduces the action of horizontal earthquake movement on superstructure bysetting horizontal soft layer between superstructure and base.This article integrates the key technology projects of Guangdong Province-"Application and research of new isolation and damping technique in Guangdong ScienceCentre" and gives a study on some items. It mainly resolves design and constructionproblems during the application of base isolation technique in the Square E of GuangdongScience Centre. The article consists of the following parts:1. Give a brief introduction to the application background and structural characteristicsof isolation technique adopted in the Square E of Guandong Science Centre.2. Combining the installment process of isolation bearings, the article gives a studyon the installment technology of isolation bearings in the mega steel frame structure of theSquare E, resolves some problems in the construction and compares the difference ofisolation construction in steel and concrete structure.3. Test the mechanics performance of lead rubber isolation bearings, which is of thebiggest diameter in the country and lead rubber compound damper bearing applied in thisproject. This article also studies the testing methods of horizontal performance of thedamper of new type.4. Besides, the article focuses on monitoring the distortion of the bearings in theconstruction process, including vertical distortion, horizontal distortion, partiality distortionetc. and analyzing the peculiarity and reasons of these distortions.
