【摘要】 信息化的趋势使国内很多大中型货代企业把注意力投向了ERP，但经过一段时间的试验后，一些企业却发现货代ERP并没有想象那样神奇，企业上了ERP系统，效率不仅没有提高，反而导致员工、客户怨声载道，这使得企业不得不返回到原来的运作模式上去运作，甚至有企业因为上ERP而导致资金运行不畅而倒闭。导致这些现象产生的原因是大多数国内的货代企业对ERP没有一个正确的认识，没有结合企业自身的现实；企业管理者不确定企业是否真的需要ERP系统，不确定企业是否具备了实施ERP的条件，而是一味的盲目跟随。本文针对货代企业自身发展的特点，设立了一套适合货代企业ERP实施前的评估体系并结合案例进行分析，目的在于让货代企业更好的认识到自己的优势与不足，从而确定企业是否适合上货代ERP项目或针对自己不足的方面进行有目的性的改善，为上货代ERP项目铺平道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The trend of informatization make most of large and medium-sized domestic freight forwarders pay attention to ERP, but after a period of time, some of the freight forwarding enterprises find the ERP is not that magic. Some enterprises use the ERP system, to their disappointing, it didn’t improve the efficiency but yield so many complaints from staff and customers, which make some of the enterprises go back to the old operating mode. Even some enterprises go bankrupt due to implement ERP system. The reason of so many negative rvflections is that the enterprises hadn’t a good understand of ERP and they are not sure if their enterprises need ERP, not sure if they have meet the need of implementing ERP, but follow the other companies without combining their situation.According to the feature of freight forwarding enterprises, this text set up a suit of ERP assessment system adapt to freight forwarding enterprise before implementing ERP, meanwhile combine a case to further analyze, which make the freight forwarding enterprises realize their advantages and weakness, and finally decide if they are fit to implement freight forwarding ERP or improve purposely against their own deficiencies for paving the way of implementing freight forwarding ERP.更多还原
