【摘要】 作为信息时代的21世纪，办公领域的发展日新月异。如今在人们日常工作与学习中，计算机、打印机、传真机、复印扫描仪、便携式电脑、调制解调器、因特网、移动电话、数码图象处理设备等已经成为多数人必不可少的一部分，并对当今生活形态以及社会结构产生了极大影响。在其影响下，产生出全新的工作方式和工作空间，办公家具的高效便捷为此起到了推波助澜的重要作用。这种由时代技术的进步带来的新的社会背景给新时代办公家具的设计带来冲击，为现代办公家具的设计带来新的课题，提出新的挑战。本文以办公家具的高效化为研究内容，既如何让办公家具更好的提高工作效率，优化各种办公资源。通过对现代办公形态以及办公组织形式的趋势把握，探讨针对提高办公效率，体现高效化特征的办公家具设计理论，并利用研究分析的结果，运用到设计实务上。本论文从四个层次展开：第一层次是历史资料的收集和分析，从历史的角度分析办公形态、组织形态、办公设备的演变历程，进而总结分析过去办公形态及办公家具发展的关键点；第二层次是以第一层次的分析要点为依据，从现代办公形态以及办公组织形态的角度进行承接，分析总结现代办公形态及办公组织形态的特点，从中分析出办公家具高效化的潜在需求特征；第三层次是借助前两个阶段对办公形态的研究成果阐述如何理解办公家具的高效化，如何将未来办公形态的趋势与高效化的办公家具结合转换成实质性的、有创造性的办公家具产品，为现代办公家具的设计提供理论参考；第四层次主要从科技进步的角度阐述未来办公家具的高效化趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development in the official field changes a lot with each passing day in the 21st century. Personal computer, printer, modem, laptop, internet and mobile phone have become parts of our daily work and life, and have played an important role in social structure and life pattern. They have changed the traditional official appearances, and generated new work mode and work space, so the official furniture changed with that. Because of the transformation in organization and the need for facing the competition, people have generated new demand for the official environment and official furniture. The above mentioned new social background caused by the shock of the technique brings forward new tasks and new challenges for the design of official furniture in the new times.The paper focuses on the high-efficiency of official furniture, that is, how the official furniture can increase the work efficiency and optimize official resources. Through the tendency hold of modern official pattern and organization form, it discusses the design theories of official furniture aiming at increasing the official efficiency. Besides, this paper also applies the research and analysis results into the practical design.The paper includes four stages: the first stage is to collect and analyze the historical materials, analyzing the development process of official pattern, organization form and official equipment from the historical angle, in order to summarize the key points of the past development of the official pattem and official furniture; the second stage is based on the first stage, to summarize the characteristics of modern official pattern and organization form, with the purpose of analyzing the underlying demand features of the high-efficiency of the official furniture; the third stage is based on the results of the above two stages, to set forth how to understand the high-efficiency of official furniture, how to combine the tendency of the future official pattern and the high-efficiency of the official furniture, in order to transform into the essential and creative official furniture products, with the purpose of bringing forth some theoretical references for the design of the modern official furniture; the fourth stage is from the angle of science and technology progress, to predict the tendency of the future official furniture with high efficiency.更多还原
