【摘要】 随着全球经济一体化的不断发展，经济金融化的日益深入，生产资料在世界范围内优化配置，各国经济相互交融发展。其中，以国际贸易自由化和国际直接投资为其两大典型特征，尤其是国际直接投资的快速增长已成为推动全球经济迅猛发展的主要力量，已成为世界各国开放经济内外均衡发展的重要组成部分。本文对国际直接投资的研究着重于区位选择方面，重点分析国际直接投资在华的区位选择问题。在总结前人理论分析的基础上，本文首先对全球国际直接投资地区分布的特点进行国际比较研究，分析了国际直接投资来源国和东道国的国别演变及在世界范围内的地区分布和行业变化等特点；其次，基于全球国际直接投资变化发展的规律和趋势，结合中国利用外资的历程，重点分析了国际直接投资在华区位分布及其演变的特点，提出影响国际直接投资在华区位分布的四类决定因素，即制度因素、市场因素、成本因素和集聚因素；然后，根据变量的可观察性和易测量性为准则，把若干衡量指标进一步抽象化，以变量弹性系数的显著性为标准来筛选变量，进而建立“投资流体模型”，从投资流体系数的角度来解释国际直接投资在华区位选择的规律；最后，结合我国目前国际直接投资区位分布中所存在的问题，有针对性地提出了我国进一步吸引国际直接投资的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of integration of the global economy, the growingeconomic and financial depth, and the optimal allocation of producer goods all overthe world, mingled with the countries’ economy development .Among them, theliberalization of international trade and foreign direct investment are two typicalcharacteristics. Particularly, the rapid growth of FDI has become a major force inpromoting the fast development of the global economy and the important componentof balanced development of Externally-oriented economy.This paper focuses on location choice of foreign direct investment, especially,Analysis of the key regional choice of FDI in China. In sum up the basis of theoreticalanalysis, firstly, This paper works on the global distribution of FDI for internationalcomparative studies, analyses FDI from the countries of origin and to the host countryin the world and points out the evolution of the geographical distribution andcharacteristics of the industry changes; Secondly, based on the law of thedevelopment of FDI, with the course of use of foreign capital in China, the paperanalyses FDI flows to key geographic distribution and evolution in China andconsiders that FDI might be affected the regional distribution by four types of factors:institutional factors, market factors, cost factors and pool factor; thirdly, according tothe variable that could be observed and measured, a number of indicators are used tomeasure further abstract. The notable for variable coefficient is the standard of thevariable selection, then we establish an "investment-fluid model", using an investment point of the fluid coefficient of FDI to explain the law of the location choice in China;Finally, combined with the existing problems of location of FDI distribution in China,we points out that the government should develop the forward policy to attract FDIfurther.更多还原
