高校国防教育基本价值取向及其实现

【摘要】 高校国防教育是国防教育的重要组成部分。构建高校国防教育的价值体系需要研究高校国防教育的基本价值取向。本文主要采用文献研究、历史研究、比较研究和演绎研究等方法，站在哲学的高度从铸魂、精武、尚谋三个维度来探讨高校国防教育的基本价值取向。文章从理论上探讨三个价值取向的内涵、特点、理论建构体系、实践意义及其实现途径。首先，文章提出铸魂的主要内涵是民族精神和爱国主义，概括出铸魂的时代特质，认为实现这一价值取向的途径是建构民族精神与提升爱国主义；其次，对精武作历史与现实的探源，尝试设计精武理论的建构体系，探讨精武意识的养成和提升的具体方法；第三，诠释尚谋的传统与现代意蕴，阐述尚谋在不同领域的作用，探究谋略思想的继承与培养。本文力求在以下两个方面有所创新：在研究视角上，试图从经验层面感悟国防教育价值的定势，上升为从哲学层面对国防教育价值进行理性思辩，从价值主体——大学生的生存和发展需要出发，寻求高校国防教育的最佳切入点，然后上升到规律的高度揭示高校国防教育价值取向的实现机制；在研究内容上，突破孤立、单一的国防教育价值研究，从价值体系上对国防教育价值进行系统研究，紧紧围绕基本价值取向的内涵、特点、理论建构体系、实践意义等方面，着重阐述“铸魂、精武、尚谋”三大价值之间的逻辑关系及其实现途径，构建具有中国特色的高校国防教育价值体系，为高校国防教育的课程改革及其实践提供理论支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 One important component of the education of national defense is theone in universities. The research on the selection of essential values isneeded in constructing the system of the value of the education ofnational defense in universities. The research of documents, history,comparison and interpretation are mainly used. Soul cultivating, majorskilling, and resource pursuing are the three aspects in the research in aphilosophical perspective to explore the three dimensions of the basicvalues. The article explores three values from the theoretical connotation,characteristics, theoretical construct system, and its practical significanceof the achievement means. Firstly, this thesis points out that soulcultivating mainly refers to national spirit and patriotism. Thecharacteristics in the era of soul cultivating is concluded. And the way torealize the value is to construct national spirit and to promote patriotism.Secondly, this thesis researches the source of history and promoting ofmajor skilling, to design sophisticated systems of the theory building, toexplore the specific methods of developing and upgrading awareness.Thirdly, this thesis explains the traditional and progressive meaning, theeffect in different areas, the succession and training on strategy methodsof resource pursuing.The article is trying to achieve two innovations in the following.From the level of experiences to the level of philosophy, this thesisconsiders about resource pursuing emotionally and rationally. From themain value, the students’ survival and development needs, the thesis findsthe best starting point for national defense education in universities, andthen rises to the height of the law to reveal the value orientation ofDefense Mechanism of national defense education in universities. Thecontents of the research is from the isolating and singular probe on thevalue of national defense to the systematical one at the level of the systemof value, closely around the fundamental value of the contents,characteristics and construction of the theoretical system, and the way toimplement practical significance, focuses on the realization ways and thelogical relationship between the value of "soul cultivating, major skilling,resource pursuing", and constructs China’s special system of it to givetheoretical support on subiects reforming and its practicing.更多还原
