天生桥二级水电站Ⅲ号隧洞围岩固结灌浆的研究

【摘要】 近年来水电开发的兴起,在堤坝建筑物防渗补强方面,水泥灌浆技术被广泛应用。高压固结灌浆是采用高压将浆液灌入岩石或土层的裂隙或破碎带,以提高岩体的整体稳定性和抗变形能力的灌浆方法。天生桥二级水电站Ⅲ号引水隧洞长度长,埋深大,外水压力高,沿线工程地质和水文地质条件极其复杂。施工中存在断层破碎带、岩溶洞穴、暗河等不良地质洞段,高压固结灌浆技术是水工建筑隧洞围岩处理中一种重要工程措施本文以天生桥二级水电站Ⅲ号引水隧洞围岩高压固结灌浆处理工程技术为研究对象,首先介绍围岩高压固结灌浆理论、Ⅲ号引水隧洞的地质特点,不良地质段的加固处理原则、围岩高压固结灌浆中防抬动变形分析以及特殊地段的处理方法;其次通过灌浆试验研究了围岩灌浆技术参数包括灌浆孔设计、灌浆压力、灌浆段长、灌浆材料及配比、特殊情况的处理、灌浆结束标准及封孔,以及灌浆施工的灌浆方法和工艺流程;最后,隧洞固结灌浆后,对其进行了现场质量检测,并对检测结果进行了分析和评价,结果证明研究所得到的灌浆技术方案和防Ⅲ号隧洞抬动变形方案完全达到工程技术要求,具有较大的实用价值,可在水电开发同类别工程中推广应用。
【Abstract】 In recent years with the rise of hydropower development, lots of dams need to be repaired and reinforced, The cement grouting is widely used in dam anti-seepage and reinforced, High pressure reinforcement grouting is filling cement gout into crevasse or the crushed zone in soil or rock layer with high pressure, in order to improve integrity and anti-distortion ability of rock.The No.3 diversion tunnel of Tianshengqiao-2 hydropower station is characterized with large length, considerable embedded depth, high outer-water pressure, very complicated geologic and hydrogeologic conditions. During construction, the unfavorable tunnel sections with fault and fragment, karst caves and blind rivers are strengthened with either the high-pressure consolidation grouting or installing bolts in grouting holes. And hi-pressure reinforcement grouting technique is a important method to deal with rock mass of water conservancy tunnel architecture engineering.High pressure reinforcement grouting processing technology in No.3 diversion tunnel of Tianshengqiao-2 hydropower station was studied this paper. Firstly, the high pressure grouting and reinforcement grouting in tunnel theory, No 3 diversion tunnel geological characters, reinforcement principles in unfavorable tunnel sections, anti-deformation analysis in high pressure reinforcement grouting, construction methods in special sections were introduced. Secondly, based on grout test, its grouting technology indexes, such as the design of grouting hole, the grouting pressure, the length of grouting section, grouting material, ratio, the processing in special condition, the finish grouting standard and seal, the construction methods and its crafts flow were studies and analyzed. Finally, after reinforcement grouting in tunnel, quality monitoring was done in situation, and monitoring results were analyzed and evaluated. It was proved that grouting technical program and No.3 Tunnel anti-deformation program reach engineering technical requirements. The construction methods and technology provide experience for reference concerning high pressure reinforcement grouting.
