【摘要】 【目的】研究软脉灵口服液治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效及对血管性痴呆患者SOD、VEGF、E₂、T水平的影响，为治疗血管性痴呆提供理论依据和临床论证。【方法】：按NINDS-AIREN诊断标准选择血管性痴呆60例（其中男32例，女28例），平均年龄73.0±6.5岁（60-85岁）。将本病60例患者再随机分为软脉灵口服液组（治疗组）及思博海治疗组（对照组）。采用单盲给药法，治疗组口服软脉灵口服液，每次1支（10ml），每日3次口服，一个月为一个疗程，连服三个疗程。对照组口服思博海，每次1片（5mg），每日1次临睡前服用，疗程同治疗组。健康老年体检者（正常对照组）30例（其中男18例，女12例），平均年龄70.2±7.2岁。采用硝酸还原酶比色法检测过氧化物歧化酶（SOD），酶联免疫吸附法检测血管内皮生长因子（VEGF），放免法检测雌二醇（E₂）、睾酮（T）。【结果】1．软脉灵口服液治疗老年期VaD（肝肾阴虚兼气虚血瘀证）有显著疗效。能不同程度改善患者的智能状态、日常生活自理能力及中医证侯、各中医次要症状，治疗前后对比有显著统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2．治疗前VaD患者血浆SOD、VEGF水平低于正常对照组（P＜0.05）。3．治疗前女性VaD患者血清E₂水平低于女性正常组（P＜0.05），男性VaD患者血清E₂、E₂／T高于男性正常组，血清T水平低于男性正常组（P＜0.05）。4．软脉灵口服液可显著改善各项指标和症状，总体上与西药对照组无明显差异（P＞0.05）。【结论】本次研究结果表明软脉灵口服液对肝肾阴虚、气虚血瘀证血管性痴呆患者具有一定疗效：提高总体疗效，改善中医临床症状；提高轻中度血管性痴呆患者的智能量表积分，改善记忆力、认知能力，进一步证明滋养肝肾、益气活血的软脉灵口服液可有效防治血管性痴呆。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Through the systematical clinical observation, the research appraisal theclinical curative effect of ruanmailing koufuye on vascular dementia,and investigatethe changes of SOD, VEGF, E₂, T, which provides the indexes for clinical treatmentof VaD.Methods:According to the NINDS-AIREN diagnosis criteria ,60 patients（28 femaleand 32 male） of VaD were selected,average age of 73.0±6.5 （60-85） .Then 60patients divided into two groups by the random way : Ruanmailing koufuyeGroup（treated group）30 cases,Sibohai Group（controlled group）30cases.The treatingmethod adopt sigle-blind way..Ruanmailing Group were given Ruanmailingkoufuye,PO,three times each day for 3months contiously.Sibohai Groupwere givenSibohai,po,only one each day for 3 months contiously.At the same time,30 healthyaged people were selected as a control average age of 70.2±7.2 （18 male and 12female,60～85years old）.The plasma SOD level was determined by nitrate raductasecolorimetric,the serum E₂、T level were determined by radio immunoassay, and theplasma VEGF by enzyme linked immunosorbent double antibody method.Results: 1, The totle effective rate of Ruanmailing group was obvious.The resultshowed that the effect in the MMSE, ADL significently highly thanpretherapy（P＜0.05）. 2.The SOD and VEGF level of VaD were significantly lowerthan those in the control （P＜0.05） .3. The surum E₂ level in the female patients of VaD were significantly lower than those in the female control （P＜0.05） .Nevertheless,theserum E₂ level in the male patients of VaD were significantly higher than those in thecontrol and the serum T level in the male patients of VaD were remarkable lower thanthose in the male control （P＜0.05） .4 The result showed that there was no significentdifference bewteen the Ruanmailing group and Sibohai group （P＞0.05）Conclusions: This finding indicated that Ruanmailing koufuye have significant use ofimproving light or midrange vascular demedntiao;including improving therapy effectand symptom of TCM,improving the ability of membering、language and cognitive.So the Ruanmailing koufuye which can nourish and supplement the liver andkidney, activate blood circulation to remove blood stasis has prevention and cure effecton VaD.更多还原
