蛋黄馏油炮制新工艺研究

【摘要】 蛋黄馏油为雉科动物家鸡(Gallus gallus domesticus Brisson)的卵煮熟后剥取卵黄，经加热熬炼而得的棕褐色或黑褐色的油状液体。临床主要用于治疗烧伤，溃疡，湿疹等症。本实验在参考大量文献的基础上，主要进行了以下五个方面的研究。蛋黄馏油传统制备工艺研究，以出油率为指标，考察了干馏时采用不同的火力和干馏时是否密闭这两个因素对干馏法制备蛋黄馏油的影响。建议在利用干馏法制备蛋黄馏油时，采用武火密闭干馏为宜。以蛋黄馏油为研究对象，采用硅胶柱层析法和制备薄层法分离得到β—carbolin类生物碱哈尔满，并采用高效液相法等对其进行了鉴定。蛋黄馏油制备新工艺研究，首先采用单因素方法对卵黄的烘干时间、卵黄加热到不同温度开始减压等因素进行了考察，继而采用正交实验设计法，以卵黄蒸气温度，减压蒸馏时间和减压压强为因素选取最佳工艺：卵黄蒸气温度为280±5℃，减压蒸馏时间为4h，压强为0.05-0.06mp，然后进行脱色脱臭研究。最后我们对减压蒸馏新工艺制备的蛋黄馏油与常用的传统干馏法和氯仿提取法的制备品进行了比较研究。进一步证明了减压蒸馏新工艺制备品在提高出油率的基础上，达到了“减毒增效”的目的。首次制定了蛋黄馏油中哈尔满和苯并(α)芘的HPLC含量测定方法。方法操作简便，结果稳定准确，重现性好，为提高蛋黄馏油的质量标准提供了依据。蛋黄馏油作为一类常用中药却至今还没有适合临床运用的剂型，给实际运用带来极大的不便。因此我们采用水包油(O／W)的方法分别制备了不同含量的蛋黄馏油乳膏剂型，并对其进行了质量评价研究，结果均符合相关标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 The egg tar is takes boils thoroughly the egg-yolk, heats up obtains brown or the vandyckbrown oily liquid. This experiment has mainly conducted following five aspects research.First, conducts the research to the egg tar tradition preparation craft. Take the oil extractionrate as the target, inspected the firepower and whether closes tightly to the dry distillation lawpreparation egg tar oil extraction rate influence. Suggestion when use dry distillation lawpreparation egg tar, uses the high heat airtight dry distillation for to be suitable.Next, take the egg tar as the research object, Uses the Silica gel column chromat-ography lawand TLC separation obtains harman, And uses TLC, HPLC and so on has carded on the appraisal toit.The egg tar prepares the new craft research, First used the single factor method to the egg-yolkdrying time, The egg-yolk heats up to the different temperature of ignition reduced pressure and soon has carried on the inspection, Uses the orthogonal experiment to design the law selection bestcraft. Then we distilled the new craft preparation to the reduced pressurethe and the commonly usedtraditional dry distillation law and the chloroform extraction process preparation have conducted thecomparison research. Further had proven the reduced pressure distills the new craftpreparation in toenhance the oil extraction rate in the foundation,had achieved "Reduces the toxicity andIncrease the effect" the goal.Has formulated in for the first time the egg tar harman and the Benzo(α)pyrene HPLC contentdetermination method. Method operation simple, result stable accurate, reappears the nature to begood, for enhanced the egg tar the quality specification to provide the basis.The egg tar is kind of commonly used Chinese native medicine until now has not actuallysuited clinical utilization the dosage-form, brings enormous incon-venient for theactual utilization.Therefore we use o/w the method has separately prepared the different content egg tar breast, andconducted the quality appraisal research to it, the result has conformed to the related standard.更多还原
