网络制造环境下机床产品数据管理系统的研究

【摘要】 网络技术的飞速发展和广泛应用深刻地改变了人类的生产和生活方式,也给制造企业的运作模式带来了深刻的影响,网络化制造强调企业间的协作与社会范围内的资源共享,能够实现产品设计制造的低成本和高速度。为了弥补机床设计制造行业快速响应能力的不足,加速我国机床行业信息化进程,提出了网络化制造环境下机床产品数据管理系统的研究课题。本文首先对网络化制造环境下的PDM特点进行了分析,针对机床企业产品数据需求提出了系统的体系结构和解决方案,结合面向对象的分析技术,给出了其基于项目管理的PDM系统功能组成,利用UML建模语言,围绕项目全周期过程,建立了系统及其各功能模块模型。其次,对原型系统的数据层及其数据接口层进行了设计,提供了网络化环境下机床产品网络数据库的设计方案以及数据库应用层的实现方法。动态联盟的组建是研究网络化制造环境下机床产品数据管理系统所需解决的一个首要问题。本文重点研究了网络化制造环境下动态联盟组建过程中伙伴评价与筛选方法,采用项目招/投标的方式组建企业间的动态联盟。具体建立了合作伙伴选择问题模型,提出了层次结构的因素评价机制,应用模糊评价方法对潜在合作伙伴各因素进行综合评价估值,优化筛选出最佳方案。以规范化的软件编制和建模方法为基础,选用支持J2EE的网络开发技术,开发了网络化制造环境下基于项目管理的机床产品数据管理系统,实现了以项目管理为中心的PDM组建方法,选择FTDK5616雕刻机作为应用实例,结合项目全生命周期过程和人员组织权限管理介绍了系统的实现过程,对系统所用理论和关键技术进行了验证。基于网络技术的机床产品数据管理系统能够满足机床行业在网络化制造环境下的需求,降低产品设计和制造成本,缩短产品开发周期,提高企业的经济效益,并为机床行业的异地设计、制造与管理提供技术支持。
【Abstract】 The fast development and abroad applications of network technology has greatly changed the people’s production and life styles, as well as the influence in the operation mode of manufactures. Networked Manufacturing (NM) emphasizes the collaboration among the enterprises and resources shares in the scope of society; it is able to make the product design and manufacture in low cost and high speed. In order to improve the response status of the design and manufacturing, and speed up the process of information-based in our machine tools industry, the research based on machine tools product data management in the NM environments was put forward.At first, the PDM characteristics in the NM environments were analyzed. Based on the product data requirement of machine tools industry, the system structure and resolving solution were provided, and combined with the technology of Object-Oriented analysis, the function constitution of PDM system based on project management was put forward, then using UML, the model of the system’s function module were set up. After that, the data layer and the data interface layer of the prototype system were designed, and then the database design scheme and the method of database application layer of the system were provided.The problem of dynamic alliance construction was an initial problem in the research of the machine tools product data management based on the NM environments. This paper chiefly focused the topics on discussing the problem of partner selection and partner evaluation. Using the way of project recruit/ bid set up dynamic alliance, the model of partner selection was built and the factors evaluation of hierarchy were designed, then by using the fuzzy synthesis evaluation, the best choice from latency partners was build up.The machine tools product data system was based on the canonical programming method and principle of system modeling, taking J2EE as the network development technology, and was centered in project management. Choosing the application of FTDK5616 sculpture machine as an example, and gathered with project lifecycle and personnel right management, the paper introduced the realization of the system, and then verified all these theories and key technologies of the system.Basing on the network technology, the machine tools product data system can meet the requirements of machine tool industry in networked manufacturing environments; make lower cost of design and manufacture; shorten the period of product developing. It can also improve the economic performance of the business enterprise, and support for the designing; manufacturing and managing of the machine tool industry in different areas.
