【摘要】 目的：本课题旨在通过对“局部围刺”法治疗带状疱疹的临床观察，观察其治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法：临床选用符合纳入标准的带状疱疹患者40例，随机分为两组，每组各20例，治疗时间3个疗程(10天为一疗程)。治疗组采用“局部围刺”的方法，对照组采用“常规针刺”的方法，观察两组的临床疗效。结果：临床观察显示，治疗组总有效率90％，对照组总有效率75％，治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组总有效率(P＜0.05)。治疗组能明显改善带状疱疹的症状。结论：“局部围刺”的方法治疗带状疱疹具有较好的临床疗效，而且操作安全，值得临床推广应用。但其机理有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to assess the preventive efficacy of herpes zoster treatment with region amb-prod.Methods 40 patients are randomly divided into two groups, test group and contrast group. The latter treatment with routine method and the anterior treated with region amb-prod method.Results in test group, the pain is obviousiy eased, and the rate of the curative effect is remarkedly higher than contrast group.Conclusion use region amb-prod method treated with zoster herpes can release the pain and have a higher curative effect.更多还原
