黑龙江省新农村建设的目标和对策研究

【摘要】 本文主要介绍了黑龙江省建设社会主义新农村的目标体系和相应的对策研究。我省是一个农业大省,拥有充足的自然资源,并具有一定的经济条件,但是我省在新农村建设方面仍将面临许多的难题,如何建设新农村是摆在我们面前的首要问题。本文详细的介绍了社会主义新农村的具体内容,希望能够帮助读者清楚的了解新农村的内涵,同时,笔者对全国和黑龙江省建设社会主义新农村的具体目标进行了构建,从而使我省的新农村建设能够有的放矢。相关的对策笔者借鉴了韩国和日本的成功经验,如日本提出的“一村一品”“一乡一企”,韩国的建设地区性社会,国内借鉴了江西赣州的经验,这些对我省新农村建设都有很好的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper mainly introduces the goal system and the corresponding measure study of constructing new socialist countryside. Heilongjiang province is an agricultural one, blessed with abundant natural resources, however, there still exist many difficulties in constructing new socialist countryside, among which the priority is how to construct new socialist countryside. The paper illustrated the content of new socialist countryside in detail, in hope of helping readers grasp the connotation of it. Meanwhile the author proposed the concrete goal of constructing new socialist countryside in the whole country and in Heilongjiang province, thus making the construction of new rural areas in our province goal-oriented. During the study the author borrowed the successful experience domestic and overseas, so that new socialist countryside can be constructed in our province in a more efficient way.更多还原
