PLC控制的絮凝剂自动配制系统的研究

【摘要】 随着选煤厂洗水闭路循环及环保要求的日益提高,絮凝剂在煤泥水处理中成为一项必不可少的辅助措施,于是使用絮凝剂溶解及投加装置就成为一种必然的选择。由于国内配投药设备处在研发阶段,而进口设备价格昂贵,国内大多数选煤厂靠人工配制和添加药剂。因此根据我国煤泥水处理的实际情况,研究开发絮凝剂自动配制和添加系统十分必要。本文在分析研究国内外絮凝剂配制系统的基础上,认真分析了絮凝药剂性质,突破了人们固有的思维模式,提出利用旋流器产生的高速旋流分散预溶干粉絮凝剂。文中介绍了配制系统的结构和软硬件设计。运用加热保温、旋流式混合器分散预溶等一系列手段,使药粉达到最佳溶解状态,并利用PLC控制实现其工作过程的自动化。利用旋流式混合器分散预溶干粉絮凝剂是一个新的设计思路,据所收集到的资料,没有关于这方面的研究报道,也没有现成的经验可吸取。首先在理论上对旋流式混合器分散预溶絮凝剂的可行性进行了论证;然后通过实验验证了这种方法是可行的,与常规配制方法相比,缩短了絮凝剂完全溶解所需的时间。在此基础上,利用正交实验对旋流式混合器的结构参数和操作参数进行了优化,并设计制造出所需的旋流式混合器。将两种方法配制的絮凝剂溶液分别对同一浓度的煤泥水进行沉降实验。实验结果表明:旋流式混合器配制的絮凝剂溶液使用效果优于常规方法。本文还对絮凝剂溶解搅拌设备进行了优化设计。为避免絮凝剂颗粒在溶药箱角落堆积结块,将溶药箱设计成圆筒形;为了改善流体循环,增强水粉混合效果,在箱内均匀布置四块竖直挡板。对搅拌轴和搅拌浆叶在搅拌过程中容易产生振动和偏摆的问题,利用计算模型和数学推导的方法进行了分析,确定了搅拌轴的临界转速,校核了搅拌浆叶的强度;本文设计了具有加热保温功能的双层结构料仓以解决絮凝剂易受潮结块的问题;并通过分析核算给出其他主要设备的设计选型。自动控制系统的软硬件设计部分给出了PLC选型、系统的电气原理图、PLC外围接线图及程序梯形图等。

【Abstract】 With the increasing enhance of closed water circuit for coal preparation plant and environmental protection requirement, making use of flocculants are absolutely necessarily a sort of auxiliary measure in slime water treatment. And then it’s necessary to select the apparatus used for melting and adding flocculent. Since domestic dispensing and adding facility is just in the stage of development now, as against import equipment is dearly; at present internal majority coal separating plants depend on manual melting and adding agent. Accordingly, it’s essential to study and develop the prepared and added flocculants automatically device based on our country actual conditions of coal slime water treatment.Based on the analysis and study of the prepared flocculent system at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the property of flocculation agent earnestly. It breaking through immanent model of thinking and brings forward confecting the flocculent solutions capitalized on high-speed swirling flow caused by cyclone. In this article, the structural composition and the design of hard and soft wares of the system is presented. Making use of heat preservation, decentralization and pre-dissolution used by the cyclone mixer, etc a series of means, which make powders reach the optimum dissolved state. The design carry out automation of working process capitalized on PLC controlling system.The method of compounding flocculent solutions is a novel design approach applied by the cyclone mixer. According to datum collected, there are absences of research report about this area, and there are lacks of bought experience to absorb in. Firstly, the paper demonstrates the feasibility of confecting the flocculent solutions used by the cyclone mixer in the abstract. Secondly, through experimental verification such a measure is advisable. Compared to conventional method of preparation, it abbreviates complete dissolving time needed of flocculent. Based on above works, by making use of the orthogonal experiments it optimizes the configuration parameters and operational parameters of the cyclone mixer, and then contrives and makes out the optimum cyclone mixer. For two flocculent solutions acquired by two methods applied in the same concentration slime water carry through sedimentation experiments respectively. These experimental results state that the effect of the liquor prepared by the cyclone mixers is superior to the effect of the liquor prepared by conventional method.Moreover, optimization designs of dissolving and agitating installation are done in the paper. Avoiding deposition and agglomeration of flocculent particles in the corner of dissolving case, it is contrived of cylindrical configuration. And then four blocks of vertical baffles are collocated uniformly in box in order to improve fluid circulation and enhance the effect of water mixed with dry -flocculent.For vibration and deflection caused easily by stirring shafts and agitating blades during mixing this paper determines the critical speed calculation of agitating shaft and verifies intensity of agitating palm by means of computation model and mathematics deduction based on being analyzed seriously. In the paper double structure silo of heating, thermal insulation function is designed so as to solve the matter of dry -flocculent easily affected with damp. And by analyzing and accounting design and model selection of other main equipments are given. In the software and hardware designation of automatic control system part are given selected type of PLC, electricity elementary diagram, the peripheral interconnection diagram of PLC and its extensive module, program ladder diagram, and so on.
