极松散“三软”煤层采场顶板控制技术研究

【摘要】 多年以来,我国对难采煤层采场顶板控制技术进行了大量的研究,已经取得了一定的成果,但还存在一系列的问题。大多数采场顶板控制设计还是依靠经验来进行,这种方法具有局限性并存在一定的盲目性,很难做到安全控制顶板,往往造成顶板事故多,支护效率低,经济效益差的局面。为了改变这一局面,有必要研究一套系统的顶板控制设计方法。本文在分析大量工程实测和现场调查的基础上,根据大刘煤矿2煤层2103工作面的地质条件和煤层赋存状况,通过理论分析,针对极松散“三软”煤层采场顶板控制的困难,优化炮采工艺参数,提出了单体液压支柱配合π钢梁、双抗塑料网和塘材棍形成综合支护体系的顶板控制方案。本着“支、护、稳、让”兼顾,以“护”为主的原则,采取了“加强护顶、护好底板、控制片帮”的一套系统的顶板控制措施。然后采用FLAC3D数值模拟和实验室相似模拟试验分析,对极松散“三软”煤层采场围岩应力分布规律,顶底板岩层运动规律,采场支承压力分布规律进行了系统研究,得出了采场顶板来压步距和强度、需控岩层的范围和采场前方支承压力分布特征。再结合现场实测分析,对控制方案的合理性进行验证,进而优化设计方案,保证安全高效回采。本文研究成果对“三软”煤层开采和破碎顶板管理具有指导意义和参考价值。

【Abstract】 In recent years,our country have done much research on roof control technology of coal seam working face which is difficult to mine,although we have got a certain achievement,there are also a series of problems.Most controlling design of roof depends on experience,this kind of method has the nature of limitation and blindness, it is hard to control the roof safely,what’s more,it often brings the consequence of much accident from roof,low efficient of supporting,bad economic efficiency.To alter this consequence,it is quite necessary to work out a series of design method Of roof control.Based on a lot of data and on-the-spot investigations,the geological condition of Daliu coal mine No.2 coal seam 2103 working face and the occurrence of coal seam, to analysis theories,aiming at the difficulty of roof control about expecial incompact "three-soft" coal seam working face,in order to optimize parameters of blast-winning technology and bring forward general supporting system of hydraulic prop cooperates withπgirder、two-resisting plastic netting and wooded sticks.Paper adopts a suit of systemic measure of roof control of "strengthening the protecting of roof、protecting of floor、control rib spalling",founding on giving attention to "propping roof、protecting roof、making props steady、allowing roof to go down" and on the best important of "protecting roof".Then analysis of the paper adopts FLAC3Dnumerical simulation and similar material simulation in order to gain weighting interval and intensity of working face roof,range of needed control strata and front abutment pressure distribution characteristic of working face via studying completely working face surrounding rock stress distribution rule of the expecial incompact "three-soft" coal seam,strata movement rule of roof and floor,abutment pressure distribution rule of working face. The rationality of control design scheme is validated by analyzing locale in order to optimize design scheme again and make coal winning safe and efficient.Results in this paper do great good to excavate "three-soft" coal seam and cracked roof management.
