【摘要】 为了降低企业运行成本,很多医药企业内部以及企业内部与外部建立起了MIS系统,但传统的MIS系统的开发模式将企业业务流程“固化”在软件系统中,如想对业务流程稍做改动,就必须修改程序的结构,需要投入大量的维护费用。系统缺乏灵活性、系统实施与维护难度大、系统易用性较差,软件系统不能适应迅速变化的企业模式。工作流技术是一项快速发展的新技术,它的主要特点是以流程化的思想实现业务处理的自动化或半自动化。随着工作流技术的发展,工作流技术已广泛应用到各类管理信息系统的开发当中。本文对工作流技术的发展现状、发展趋势和工作流引擎等进行了深入的研究,在对医药管理的业务需求分析的基础上,结合工作流管理系统体系结构,给出了系统的总体架构,在此基础上对业务流程的设计作了深入的研究,给出了医药采购流程的详细设计过程。系统采用基于XML的过程定义语言描述,使其可较好地与其他工作流定义相融合;组织模型设计中,采用基于角色的访问控制方式,满足了企业组织机构交叉复杂的需求:工作流引擎主要是通过调度器、任务管理器、资源管理器和信息管理器来协调完成流程的调度,确保流程按事先定义的流程顺序正确流转;全文通过运用J2EE为开发平台,通过Web方式,通过调用工作流引擎API接口,使得工作流在医药管理系统中应用成为现实。更多还原

【Abstract】 To reduce the costs of business operating,many medicine enterprises have established the MIS(Management Information System) in and out of the intranet ,However, the developing mode of traditional MIS made the operation flows of enterprise "solidified" in the software system.For example,once the operation flows are changed a little,the structures of procedure will be correspondingly changed largely.Hence, the flexibility, easy to use are poor, and the implementation、maintainability are very difficult. It can not adapt the enterprise modes which change quickly.The workflow technology is a rapidly developing new technology. Its main characteristic is to realizethe automation or semi-automation of operation process. Along with the development of workflow technology, it has been widely applied to various development of management information systems.This paper makes research on the developing status quo、tendency of workflow technology and workflow engine.Based on the operation needs analysis of medicine management, referring to the system architecture, the general framework is presented.On the base of that, the design of operation flows is researched deeply, and the detailed design process of medicine taking is given out.The system takes advantage of XML-based process definition language to integrate other workflow definitions properly.In the design of organization model, the role-based access control is used to meet crossover complex needs of the enterprise organizations.The workflow engine finishes flows of scheduling through scheduling、task manager、Resource Manager and Information Manager coordinate. It ensures flows to execute properly according to flows sequence which is defined beforehand.by calling the workflow engine API interface,make the medicine work flow management system application to become a reality.This paper takes advantage of the development platform of J2EE by the form of web and workflow engine API interface to make the workflow successfully applied in the medicine management system.更多还原
