红外放大器的测试系统研发

【摘要】 本论文系统阐述了“红外放大器测试仪”的工作原理、系统结构和软、硬件实现。该系统通过对经放大器处理后输出的高、低速信号进行采集、分析,给红外放大器做出性能评价。在硬件上采用MCU、FPGA加数据采集卡的方式实现;软件上,采用Visual C++和LabVIEW相结合的设计方法。在Visual C++中调用LabVIEW设计的高速数据采集模块,实现了数据采集模块和软件系统的完美结合。并通过专业的发布软件InstallShield对软件系统进行了发布。实验证明,该红外放大器测试系统具有易操作、稳定性好和可移植的特点,能很好的满足用户的要求。

【Abstract】 This paper systematically introduces the chief principles, system architecture and hardware/software implementation of the design of test system for an infrared amplifier. We can educe a conclusion that the infrared amplifier’s capability with high/low DAQ of it. MCU, FPGA and DAQ card make up of the hardware. In the software design we use Visual C++ and LabVIEW. The DAQ module and Visual C++ can jointed without gapes from the design method of calling LabVIEW by Visual C++. Also, the software issued by professional issue software InstallShield. From tests, we can say that the instrument has some characteristics as follow: easy manipulation, stabile, transplantable, etc. So, it can meets the requirements of user well.
