【摘要】 福建省湿地资源丰富，但是目前对福建湿地类型、数量、质量及其空间分析格局认识还不够深入，没有一个准确的数量概念。因此，应用3S技术查清福建各湿地类型的数量与空间分布格局，探讨其合理利用的优化模式，并在此基础上提出切实可行的湿地保护措施，是十分有必要的。本文在总结了国内外学者关于湿地合理开发利用与保护研究状况的基础上，以人地关系论与可持续发展理论为指导，进行野外调查，结合卫星遥感影像，以地理信息系统为平台，综合分析收集到的相关资料，讨论了福建省湿地资源及其开发利用与保护问题。研究认为，福建省湿地资源丰富，并为社会经济发展提供了重要保障。但是由于一些地方盲目开垦、乱占滥用、过度开发、不合理利用湿地，再加上环境污染、外来物种入侵、泥沙淤积等多种因素的威胁和制约，造成湿地生态功能不断下降、全省湿地面积缩小等后果。在借鉴了已有可持续开发利用与保护的经验下，对其优化利用的模式进行了探讨，进而提出建立和完善法律法规、提高全民湿地保护意识、建立湿地自然保护区及生态示范区等湿地资源保护的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The wetland resources in Fujian Province are rich, but at present to the Fujian wetland type, the quantity, the quality and the spatial analysis pattern understanding insufficiently is also thorough.Espacially, there is no accurate quantity concept.Therefore, it is necessary extremely to investigate of that by new technology-3S technology, discuss its reasonable optimized pattern, and in base of that, propose the practical and feasible wetland protective measures.This paper summarized the researches of development,utilization and protection of wetland resources by domestic and foreign scholars.The research taked the human relations with the sustainable development theory as the support, and the geographic information system as the platform.It generalized and analysised the collected data, carried on the investigation data material checking and the supplement. And also the methords of statistical analysis and the case contrast analysis were used.In base of those mathods,it elaborated the wetland resources,development,utilization and protection in Fujian Province.The research resulted that although the Fujian Province wetland resources are rich, also have made the significant contribution for the social and economic development,some wetlands are opened up blindly, randomly occupied abuse, overdeveloped, used unreasonably.In addition, the environmental pollution, the external species invasion, the silt siltation and so on ,many kinds of threaten and restricted factor creates the wetland ecology function unceasingly to drop, and consequences entire province wetland area to reduce.In profited from the experience which the sustainable development used and protected, the paper carried on a discussion on its optimized use pattern, then proposed establishing and consummating laws and regulations, raising wetland protection consciousness, building wetland nature protection area and the ecological model district and so on countermeasures to protect the wetland resources in Fujian Province.更多还原
