【摘要】 以福建省竞技排球教练员、运动员、裁判员为研究对象，采用文献法、调查法、比较法、数理统计法等研究方法，对福建省竞技排球运动(6人制)现状、制约因素和振兴对策展开研究。通过调查，对福建省竞技排球队伍做了全面的了解，其中包括教练员、运动员和裁判员队伍的基本情况。通过与山东省省队比较分析，发现福建省省队运动员(一线队伍)年龄偏大、训练年限偏少，高级教练员的数量偏少，教练员学历偏低，科研水平较低。根据对专家、教练员、裁判员的调查结果，运用帕累托截集法，揭示了15种主要制约因素，结合与山东队对比得出的制约因素共17种：后备力量不足、运动员退役出路难、训练条件差、领导重视不够、训练水平和教练员水平不够高等，这些因素致使福建省竞技排球近年来出现了下滑的趋势；提出振兴福建竞技排球的对策：加强普及与后备力量培养工作、增加退役运动员再就业机会、建立保障体系、争取领导重视，多渠道争取经费、加强教练员队伍建设、增加比赛交流机会、改革竞训体制、建立激励机制、训练管理科学化、优化训练条件、强化科学选材等。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis took athletic volleyball trainers, athletes, and referees of Fujian provinceas objects studied. In methods of investigation, literature study, comparative analysis, andmathematical statistics, this thesis made a systematic study on current situation, restrictelements and promoted countermeasures of the athletic volleyball team of Fujian province.Through investigation, the author had a comprehensive understanding of the athleticvolleyball team of Fujian province, including the basic situation of trainers, athletes, andreferees. Compared to the athletic volleyball team of Shandong province, the authorfound some problems in the main provincial troop of Fujian: the athletes are older;training periods are shorter; the quantity of the high-level trainers is a little small; thetrainers’ school records are not high enough; the scientific research level is insufficient.According to the investigation results taken from experts, trainers and referees, this thesisexpounded fifteen main restrictive elements with the method of the Pareto truncationcollection law, and altogether seventeen elements after compared with Shandong:insufficiency of the reserving force, athletes’ difficulties in re-employment after theirretirement, poor training conditions, insufficient concern of the leaders, poor level oftraining and trainers and so on. These elements have caused the level of the volleyballteam of Fujian province step down in the present years. This thesis also gives somesuggestions on how to promote the level of the competitive volleyball team of Fujianprovince: to enhance the training of the reserving athletes and the universalization of thevolleyball sport, to increase the re-employment opportunities after athletes retired, toestablish the safeguard system, to strive for the leaders’ concern, to strive for funds withmulti-channels, to strengthen the construction of the trainer troop, to strive for morechances to exchange With other volleyball teams, to reform the system of competence andtraining, to establish the excitation system, to set up the scientific system of training andmanagement, to optimize the training situations, to strengthen the selection of volleyballathletes and so on.更多还原
