武汉都市圈结构特征及优化研究

【摘要】 经济全球化和区域经济一体化的发展，使以大城市为核心的城镇密集区构成的都市圈(metropolitan areas)成为区域经济全面发展的骨干和主导力量。都市圈的蓬勃兴起是区域生产力发展必然要求，为区域的发展创造了巨大的生机与活力，使区域在更大范围、更广领域、更高层次上参与国际经济技术合作和竞争，大大拓展了发展空间。实践证明，哪个地区的都市圈发育良好，经济一体化程度高，哪个地区就发展迅速；哪个地区的都市圈发育不良，经济一体化程度低，哪个地区就发展缓慢。而都市圈发展的好坏，聚集、辐射能力的强弱，都与都市圈结构的优劣密切相关。结构优良的都市圈，常常能有效地整合圈内的资源，使圈内城市在分工、交流、合作上达到良性运转和效益最大化，从而迅速成长为区域发展的核心增长极和战略支点，引领整个区域经济崛起，在整个国家或国际经济分工中占据一席之地。随着促进中部崛起战略的提出，中部地区迫切需要构筑崛起的战略支点。其中以武汉市及周边城市所形成武汉都市圈，在中部最具发展潜力和优势。同时，都市圈理论引入我国时间不长，研究内容有待完善，虽然国外都市圈理论研究较为成熟，但难以与我国都市圈发展实践直接结合，我国都市圈实践发展，一方面迫切需要“中国化”的都市圈理论的指导，另一方面，也需要学界对我国都市圈发展实践及时进行总结和概括，并上升为理论，以丰富和发展我国都市圈研究。因此，开展武汉都市圈结构特征研究，对于推动武汉都市圈的一体化和可持续发展，促进中部崛起有着十分重要的现实意义和理论价值。本文基于区域城镇体系构建了分析框架，从规模、职能和空间结构三个方面，运用分形、产业结构和行业区位熵和都市圈空间演化模式等理论和方法，对武汉都市圈结构及优化思路做了初步的探讨。论文的主体可以分为三个部分：第一部分是绪论，在分析了世界、全国和区域发展背景的基础上，指出了开展武汉都市圈结构优化研究的现实意义和理论意义。第二部分是第一章综述，主要介绍国内外都市圈相关研究与实践述评、研究思路、方法及论文框架。第三部分包括第二章至第六章，是论文的重点，主要是在对武汉都市圈进行界定及现状分析的基础上，从规模、职能和空间结构三个方面对其进行了较全面的分析，然后有针对性地提出了优化思路和政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of economic globalization and regional economic integration makesthe metropolitan areas which is formed by urban dense areas whose nucleus is metropolis,become the backbone of the regional economic development. The boom of themetropolitan areas not only is the necessity of the development of the regional productivitybut also brings vigor to the regional development. It leads to a bigger, wider and highercooperation and competition between region and international economy and technology,and expands the development room. Practice has proved that the development of themetropolitan areas is closely related to the degree of the economic integration and thedevelopment of the region. Further, the development of the metropolitan areas is closelyrelated to the structure of the metropolitan areas. The optimizing structure of metropolitanareas can lead to the effective integration of the resources, bring good division,communication and cooperation among the metropolises in the areas. All these make themetropolitan areas grow quickly and become the strategical support of the regionaldevelopment. So the metropolitan areas will play an important role in the development ofthe economy in China and the world. With the introduction of the strategy of the rising ofthe central region in China, the central region needs strategical support urgently. Themetropolitan areas which is formed by Wuhan and its surrounding metropolises possessesthe greatest potential and advantages in the central region. The theory of metropolitan areaswas introduced to China not long ago, which needs to be improved. Though the matureresearch of the metropolitan areas abroad, it is hard to meet the development and practiceof our China’s metropolitan areas. The development of China’s metropolitan areas needsthe guidance of the theory with Chinese characteristics as well as the prompt generalization,summation and theorization in the academic circles. So the research of Wuhanmetropolitan areas can help to push forward the integration and sustainable development ofWuhan metropolitan areas, promote the rising of the central region in theory and practice.This paper constructs the framework based on the urban system, making a study ofthe structure of Wuhan metropolitan areas and the optimizing methods from the angles of scale and hierarchical structure, functional structure and special structure, and puttingforward the construction ideas.This paper is divided into three parts:In the first part, the author points out the meaning of the optimizing structure ofWuhan metropolitan areas in theory and practice on the basis of analyzing the regionaldevelopment at home and abroad.In the second part, i. e. the first chapter, the author introduces the study, the ideas, andthe methods of metropolitan areas at home and abroad, and puts forward the framework ofthe paper.The third part includes the following four chapters, is the core of this paper. Theauthor first studies the concept and current situation of Wuhan metropolitan areas, thenmainly analyzes Wuhan metropolitan areas from the angles of scale and hierarchicalstructure, functional structure and special structure, and at last gives some advice onoptimization.更多还原
