中性和碱性亚硫酸盐法杨木废液膜技术降灰的研究

【摘要】 本文分别采用隔膜电解(MAE)和超滤(UF)处理技术,对杨木中性亚硫酸钠—蒽醌法(NS—AQ)和碱性亚硫酸钠—蒽醌法(AS—AQ)废液进行降灰处理,并优化其实验条件,研究膜的处理特性。采用隔膜电解处理NS—AQ杨木废液时,在固定电解温度25℃、废液体积:稀碱液体积=1:2、沉淀剂用量0.6mol/L条件下,其最佳实验条件为:废液固形物含量10%,稀碱液的浓度为0.1mol/L,电解电压为8v,阳极面积为50cm~2,阴极面积为99cm~2,电解时间180min。经过此条件处理后的废液,其灰分由原废液的33.54%(NaOH计)降低到电解后的23.62%,下降了9.92个百分点。用隔膜电解处理AS—AQ法杨木废液时,其最佳实验条件为:废液固形物含量8%,稀碱液的浓度为0.1mol/L,电解电压为8v,阳极面积为37.5cm~2,阴极极面积为81cm~2,电解时间180min。废液灰分由原废液的31.42%(NaOH计)降低到电解后的19.66%,灰分下降了11.76个百分点。这种处理方法对AS—AQ法杨木废液的降灰效果要好于NS—AQ杨木废液。在温度为15℃条件下,采用超滤技术分别对NS—AQ和AS—AQ法杨木废液处理时,NS—AQ法杨木废液处理的最佳条件是:超滤膜截留分子量为1万、废液固形物含量10%、操作压力0.20Mpa、滤液体积分数为30%。在此条件下,超滤后废液灰分为24.51%(降低4.97个百分点),木素截留率为79.98%,无机物脱出率为38.42%,有机物流失率为20.72%。在有效的降灰的同时,保证了木素分子的截留。在同样的温度条件下,对AS—AQ法杨木废液进行处理时,其最佳条件是:超滤膜截留分子量为1万、废液固形物含量10%、操作压力0.25Mpa、滤液体积分数为60%。经此条件处理后,废液灰分为23.8%(降低7个百分点),木素截留率为70.87%,无机物脱出率为60.99%,有机物流失率为44.41%。综合来讲,对NS—AQ法和AS—AQ法杨木废液处理时,隔膜电解法选择性降灰效果较超滤法好;而经济效益上,隔膜电解法优于超滤法。

【Abstract】 In this paper, adopting membrane—assisted electrolysis (MAE) technology andultrafiltration (UF) technology to decrease the inorganic ash content of neutral sodiumsulphite anthraquinone (NS-AQ) aspen pulping waste liquor and Alkaline sodium sulphiteanthraquinone (AS-AQ) aspen pulping waste liquor, get the optimum experiment conditionand investigate the characteristic of membrane technology.Processing NS-AQ waste liquor with membrane—assisted electrolysis technology, underfixed electrolysis temperature is 25℃,waste liquor volume: alkaline liquor volume is 1:2,precipitate charge is 0.06mol/L condition, the optimum experiment conditions are as follows:waste liquor solid content is 10%, alkaline liquor density is 0.1mol/L, electrolysis voltage is8v, anode area is 50cm~2, cathode area is 99cm~2, electrolysis time is 3h. After the aboveprocessing, the waste liquor inorganic ash content is decreased by 9.92%, from the original33.54%(as NaOH) to 23.62%.While processing AS-AQ waste liquor with membrane—assisted electrolysis technology,under fixed electrolysis temperature 25℃,waste liquor volume: alkaline liquor volume=1:2, precipitate charge is 0.06mol/L condition, the optimum experiment conditions areas follows: waste liquor solid content is 8%, alkaline liquor density is 0.1mol/L,electrolysis voltage is 8v, anode area is 37.5cm~2, cathode area is 81cm~2, electrolysis time is 3h.The waste liquor inorganic ash content is decline from the original 31.42%(as NaOH) to19.66%, it is descend 11.76%.When the temperature is 15℃, adopting ultrafiltration technology, the optimumexperiment conditions of NS-AQ waste liquor are as follows: ultrafiltration membraneintercept molecular weight is ten thousand, waste liquor solid content is 10%, operationpressure is 0.2Mpa, filtered liquor volume percentage is 30%.Under the optimum condition,ultrafiltrated waste liquor inorganic ash content is 24.51%,lignin cutoff rate is 79.98%,inorganic matter takeoff rate is 38.42%, organic matter takeoff rate is 20.72%. In this method,it can validly decrease inorganic ash content and the lignin can be keep validly.To AS-AQ waste liquor, under 15℃, the optimum experiment conditions are as follows: ultrafiltration membrane intercept molecular weight is ten thousand, waste liquor solidcontent is 10%, operation pressure is 0.25Mpa, filtered liquor volume percentage is 60%.Under the optimum condition, ultrafiltrated waste liquor inorganic ash content is 23.8%,lignin cutoff rate is 70.87%, inorganic matter takeoff rate is 60.99%, organic matter takeoffrate is 44.41%.In summary, to the processing of NS-AQ and AS-AQ aspen pulping waste liquor, MAE isbetter than UF in inorganic ash content decreasing, while UF is better than MAE in economy.
