纤维素复合酶处理粗饲料饲喂反刍动物的效果研究

【摘要】 纤维素复合酶的应用是开发现有饲料资源的重要途径。饲料中添加纤维素复合酶,能降解植物性饲料的细胞壁,促进细胞内容物养分释放,提高饲料利用率,减少养分排泄量,减轻环境污染。本试验通过在两种秸秆饲料中添加纤维素复合酶进行体外预消化分析实验和饲养试验及代谢试验,研究纤维素复合酶对反刍动物生产性能和消化代谢的影响,探讨纤维素复合酶对秸秆饲料的降解效果。试验结果如下:1、添加纤维素复合酶的小麦秸秆和玉米秸秆进行体外预消化实验表明:二者在较高含水量(40%)、较高温度(45℃)条件下作用30分钟可取得较显著的预消化效果。2、绵羊采食添加了0.1%纤维素复合酶的粗饲料(小麦秸秆)后,与对照组相比,其粪氮、尿氮、可消化氮、沉积氮差异均不显著(P>0.05),而表观消化率差异显著(P<0.05),可显著提高绵羊日粮的DM、NDF、ADF和CP表观消化率,显著减少羊粪中养分的排泄量,绵羊日增重提高,减少料重比,提高了经济效益。3、将0.1%纤维素复合酶分别添加到饲喂奶牛的小麦秸秆和玉米秸秆中,对奶牛生产性能有显著效果。饲喂添加纤维素复合酶小麦秸秆的奶牛与对照组相比,试验组奶牛的标准乳量提高了48%,差异极显著(P<0.01),平均乳脂率提高了5.62%,差异不显著(P>0.05);饲喂添加纤维素复合酶玉米秸秆的奶牛与对照组相比,试验组奶牛标准乳量提高了63.03%,差异极显著(P<0.01),平均乳脂率提高了18.13%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。两种秸秆中添加0.1%纤维素复合酶,不同程度地提高了产奶量和乳脂率。同时,试验组奶牛NDF和ADF的排出量和表观消化率与对照组相比,差异极显著(P<0.01),DM的排出量和表观消化率差异显著(P<0.05),而CP的排出量和表观消化率差异均不显著(P>0.05)。
【Abstract】 Application of cellulose-preparation enzyme in feedstuff is a very important method to explore present feedstuff resources. Supplementation of cellulose-preparation enzyme in feedstuff can degrade the cell-wall of the plant - feedstuff, improve the nutrient release of cell contents and the utilization of the feedstuff, reduce nutrient excretion of animal and environmental pollution.In this research, it showed influence of growth-productivity and digestion- metabolism about supplementation of cellulose-preparation enzyme to the ruminant, and explore the degradation result of cellulose-preparation enzyme to the different crude-feed by means of the experiment which carrying on a vitro-predigest-analysis, feed-trial and digesting-trial. The result is following:1. Vitro-predigest experiment which supply cellulose-preparation enzyme of to wheat-straw and corn-straw showed both of them have a significantly vitro-predigest result in high-water-content(40%) and high-temperature(45℃)condition in 30 minutes.2. Supplemented 0.1%cellulose-preparation enzyme to the wheat-straw and then feed sheep, there were no significant difference in feces-nitrogen, urine -nitrogen, digest-nitrogen, deposition-nitrogen between treated-group and control (P>0.05), there are significant difference in the apparent-digestibility (P<0.05), can improve apparent digestibility of the DM,NDF,ADF and CP of the daily-food of the sheep significantly, decrease nutrient-excretion in the sheep-muck significantly, and increase weight per day , reduce feedstuff-weight-ratio, enhance economy benefit.3. Supplemented 0.1%cellulose-preparation enzyme to the wheat-straw and cron-straw and then feed cow respectively, the result indicated distinct influence of growth-productivity. There were no significant difference in growth-productivity between treated-group and control, and treated-group which feed with wheat-straw supplemented cellulose-preparation enzyme compared with the control, the milk-yield have been improved 48% significantly (P<0.01), average milk-fat percentage was improved 5.62% non-significantly(P>0.05); Treated-group which feed with corn-straw supplemented cellulose cellulose-preparation enzyme compared with the control, the milk-yield and average milk-fat percentage have been improved 63.03% and 18.13% respectively. Supplemented 0.1%cellulose-preparation enzyme in the two straw, they were all improved milk-yield and the milk-fat percentage differently. In the meantime, there are obvious increase to the digestibility of fiber material, decrease excretion of the nutriment in cow-muck. There were no difference of intake between treated-group and control, but excretion of NDF and ADF and apparent-digestibility were significant (P<0.01), the excretion of DM and apparent digestibility were significant (P<0.05), the excretion of CP and apparent digestibility were non-significant(P>0.05).
