【摘要】 高校的科技成果转化是高等教育发展到一定历史阶段的产物,是现当代社会的科技发展、生产力提高、经济建设、社会发展对高等学校的必然要求。科技成果转化是促进科技与经济有机结合的关键,也是我国经济和科技体制改革要着力解决的重要问题。我国高校科技成果转化工作经历了起步、巩固规范、提高三个阶段的发展,其趋势是:高校与企业的合作进一步向纵深发展,建立紧密型的联合体。本文在阐述我国高校科技成果转化现状的基础上,分析了高校科技成果转化率低的原因,从而提出了一系列对策,以提高高校科技成果转化率。具体对策包括有:树立和强化科技成果转化意识、千方百计加大对高校科技成果转化工作的资金支持力度,加强与企业之间的合作,以及建立有利于提高高校科技成果转化率的评价机制和激励机制等等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The transfer of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities is the historical outcome of the development of higher education. It is also the needs of the developments for science and technology, economics, and society in modern society. The transfer of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities is the key to promote the combination of science and technology and economy .It is also an important issue in reforming our economic system and scientific research system. The course of S&T achievements transformation of colleges and universities in our country can be roughly divided into three periods: Starting period, Standardization and Consolidation period, Enhancement period. The tendency is that the cooperation between enterprises and universities will develop further and become a close union in the end. Based on the description of the nowadays state of the transfer of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities in our country, proposes a series of tactics to promote the ratio of the transfer of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities in our country. The tactics include: fostering and intensifying the awareness of the transferring of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities, increasing the fundamental investment into the transfer of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities, intensifying the cooperation between enterprises and universities, building up the proper mechanisms of assessment and incentive.更多还原
