基于非集计交通影响范围的模型方法研究

【摘要】 城市土地使用性质变化或开发(又称拟建项目)使得其生成的交通量发生变化,这些变化的交通量会对拟建项目周围路网的通行产生影响,其中影响比较明显的区域即为交通影响范围。预测拟建项目的交通影响范围是交通影响分析的一个重要内容。论文首先对已有的交通影响范围方法进行了综述,并指出由于土地利用形式的多样性,要科学地预测拟建项目的影响范围,必须对拟建项目产生交通影响的机理进行分析。其次,选取了对城市特别是大城市的交通影响比较大的三种土地利用(建购物中心、建住宅小区、建物流中心)作为研究对象。通过对这三类土地利用产生交通影响机理的分析,发现科学预测拟建购物中心和拟建物流中心的影响范围的前提之一是合理刻画其生成的交通量在城市路网上的分配;科学预测拟建购物中心和拟建住宅小区的影响范围的前提之一是合理预测交通量。然后,以非集计为工具,分别建立了拟建购物中心、拟建物流中心生成的交通量与其它交通量在路网上分配模型,通过分配模型确立了拟建购物中心与拟建物流中心的影响范围方法。对于拟建住宅小区,建立了其在交通高峰时段生成的交通量模型和基于瞬时线源扩散的影响范围模型,依靠模型,确立了预测拟建住宅小区影响范围的方法。最后,将拟建住宅小区影响范围的方法用于预测重庆财富中心的影响范围。
【Abstract】 the property of urban land utilization being changed or Urban land development (be called planning item) will lead to the change of traffic of city, This variational traffic may bring traffic impact on the city’s road which surround this development project ,The area which being affected obvious is called traffic impact area. The forecast of the traffic impact area is an important step in traffic impact analysis.First,paper summarizes the traffic impact area method which have existed. And paper point that the analysis on the mechanism which brings traffic impact on the road is the precondition for forecast planning project’s traffic impact area.Second, three kinds land development project which have biggish traffic impact on city road were selected for the subject in paper, it is the shopping center land development、the residential sub-district land development and the Logistical Centre land development. Study on the mechanism which bring traffic impact on the road of the three kinds land use result in the conclusion that how to forecast traffic distribution on city road is one precondition for forecast traffic impact area of planning shopping center and Logistical Centre; how to forecast traffic is one precondition for forecast traffic impact area of planning shopping center and residential sub-district.Then, a new combinational Stochastic User Equilibrium model is founded to the shopping center land development project and Logistical Centre land development with Disaggregate Model. With those assign model, the method which forecast planning shopping center and Logistical Centre’s traffic impact area is established. For the planning residential sub-district.Paper constructs a traffic model which from discrete, and a traffic impact model which base on instantaneous line fountain diffuse model. Then, a new method for forecast planning residential sub-district being established with those model. In the end, the paper forecast the Chongqing wealth center’s traffic impact area with the impact area method of planning residential sub-district.
