多Agent技术在CNC加工自动编程系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 多Agent技术自上世纪八十年代产生以来,其理论研究取得了巨大的进展。多Agent技术为复杂系统的分析、设计和实现提供了一种全新的方法。制造业是我国的支柱产业,我国制造技术与发达国家相比差距很大,因此加快我国制造技术的研究具有重要意义。数控技术是先进制造技术的核心,而CNC加工自动编程技术又是数控加工技术应用中的关键环节之一。本文针对目前CNC加工自动编程系统存在的问题,尝试将多Agent技术应用到CNC加工自动编程系统的设计上,提出了基于MAS的CNC加工自动编程系统的框架结构,并重点讨论了系统中各个Agent之间通信的实现和系统中两个重要Agent(人机交互Agent和CAD接口Agent)的实现。该系统采用黑板式体系结构,由多个相对小的、功能单一的Agent相互协作共同完成系统的功能。每个Agent都可以独立进行设计,简化了建立系统的复杂性。作为基于多Agent技术的CNC加工自动编程系统模型的一个应用,本文设计了一个线切割自动编程系统原型。通过该原型系统验证了基于MAS技术的CNC加工自动编程系统的有效性。试验结果表明该系统具有一定的理论和实用价值。

【Abstract】 Since the emergence of Multi-Agents technology in 1980’s, study on itstheory has made great progress. It provides a new way to analyze, design andrealize the complex system. Manufacturing industry is an important industry inour country. The gap between the manufacturing technology in our country withthat in advanced countries is larger. So it is important to hasten the development ofmanufacturing techology.NC technology is the core of advanced manufacturingtechnology, and CNC auto-programming technology is a key of the application ofthe NC Manufacturing technology. According to the problems existing in CNCauto-programming system, this paper tries using Multi-Agents technology todesign the CNC auto-programming system. The architecture of CNCauto-programming based on MAS is put forward, and the communicationmechanism between Agents in this system and the realization of two main Agentsincluding Human-Computer Interactive (HCI) Agent and CAD interface Agent areemphasized. Blackboard structure is used in this system, and several small andsimple Agents complete the system function. Every agent can be designedindependently, so the complexity of building the system is simplified.As an application of CNC auto-programming system model based on MAS,In this paper we design a WEDM auto-programming system prototype. Thefeasibility of CNC auto-programming system based on MAS is proved by thisprototype, and the result shows that the system has some values in theory andpractice.
