【摘要】 开放型网络课程资源项目已经进行了6年，在国际上产生了深远的影响，开创了互联网时代开放共享的教育理念和教育行动。与此同时我国的国家精品课程网上资源共享活动也在如火如荼地进行之中，全国各个高校发挥各自的学科优势建设了很多很好的网络课程。麻省理工大学的OCW项目和卡耐基梅隆大学的OLI项目作为全球公认的两个优秀的开放网络课程资源对我国的精品课程建设能提供哪些借鉴之处，我们可以从OCW项目、OLI项目上学习到哪些优点来加强我国的精品课程建设?本文试图从OCW项目、OLI项目的建设理念和技术解决方案两方面入手进行比较分析，以便从中找出对我国大学精品课程网络资源建设有意义的启示。论文采用案例分析法、文献综述法、比较研究法、访谈法等方法作为主要研究方法。论文首先介绍课题的研究背景、目标、意义、方法及重要术语解析；接着对开放型网络课程资源建设项目研究样本进行了全面系统的文献分析；在论文的第三章，作者着重对麻省理工学院的OCW、卡耐基梅隆大学的OLI、中国国家精品课程网上资源等三个开放型网络课程资源项目的建设理念展开比较分析；作者在论文的第四章主要对麻省理工学院的OCW、卡耐基梅隆大学的OLI、中国国家精品课程网上资源等三个开放型网络课程资源项目的技术路线架构展开比较分析；作者在论文的最后一章对三个开放型网络课程资源建设项目的共同特征做出了归纳，形成了一些能对中国国家精品课程网上资源建设有借鉴意义的比较结论并对进一步开展精品课程资源建设进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Open online course resource project was carried out before five years.This project at the international level has a profound impact. It initiatedthe opening up and sharing educational ideas and actions in the world. Atthe same time my country has also established a quality course in the fullswing. Many universities and colleges play their respective advantages tocreate many outstanding network courses. MIT OCW project and CMUOLI project recognized as a global network of outstanding items on ourresources to provide quality courses, which draw on the building. Howcan we learn from these projects to strengthen the building of our qualitycourses? This paper tries to analyze the two projects from the theory baseand technical solution of these projects. I wish to find some features thatcan be used to build our national quality courses.This paper is used case-study, document review, comparative study,interview method as its primary research methods. At the beginning of thepaper the writer introduce the background of the project, the object of theresearch, the importance and ways of the research and some veryimportant glossary analytic; therefore the writer has done documentanalysis to the open online course resource building project; The thirdsection of the paper has given the comparison study of these projects’their own theory base. The fouth section of the paper has analyzed the technical solution methods of the MIT OCW, CMU OLI, and the ChineseNational Quality online course. At the end of the paper, the writer hassummarized the features of open online course resource and found somesignification conclusions that can promote the building of the ChineseNational quality course.更多还原
