【副题名】以天涯虚拟社区为例

【摘要】 本文依据越轨行为的相关理论，通过问卷调查并辅以网络观察的方式，从行动主体——网民出发，考察网络虚拟社区的网民越轨行为现状及其影响因素。本研究认为：第一，当前虚拟社区的越轨现象比较严重：从范围上看，网民们普遍有过越轨行为；从程度上看，大部分的越轨行为属于中等偏低的水平，即多属于偶发性行为；从性质上看，以违德的越轨行为居多，较少有真正的违法行为。第二，个体因素、网民在社区的活动状况以及虚拟社区环境因素都与网民的越轨行为有相关关系。在个体因素方面，不同性别、年龄、教育程度的网民，越轨行为程度的高低有显著差异；社区活动方面，网民进入社区的时间、拥有ID的数目、ID的使用情况、拥有网友的数目以及在社区的知名度不同，其越轨行为程度有显著的差异；社区环境因素方面，社区规则的影响力、管理者的权威以及社区的总体建设状况，都与网民的越轨行为程度有显著性相关关系。第三，以上各因素对虚拟社区网民越轨行为的影响程度不同。其中，网民的社区活动情况起着最主要的影响，其次是社区环境因素，个体因素的影响相对较小。根据以上事实，笔者认为，应从网民提高自律着手，同时加强虚拟社区和现实社会对网民的管理和教育，来有效的解决虚拟社区越轨行为泛滥的问题，以期达到网络社会和现实社会双向和谐发展的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 This essay is based on the related theories concerning aberration behavior, which examines present situation and influencing factors of the aberration behavior in the virtual community with the beginning of the "agency" - net citizen by means of questionnaire as well as online observation. This study believes that:1. The aberrance in the virtual community is rather critical: as for the scope, most of net citizen did ever commit aberration behavior; as for the severity level, majority of aberration behavior can be sorted as middle-low level, is means most of them is just occasional behavior; as for the nature, most of them is immoral aberration behavior, and few of them is actual illegality.2. The aberrance in the virtual community is related to the individual factors, net citizen’s activities in the virtual community and environmental factors of the community. In individual factors, the aberrance level has a significant difference of users whose gender, age and education are different. In the activities situation of net citizen’s in virtual community, the aberrance level has a significant difference of users who are different in the time of accessing into the virtual community, the number of ID he owned and the use of them, the number of his friends in the community and his fame in it. In community environmental factors, the aberration behavior is related to the influence of rules of the community, the authority of its managers, and the community building situation.3. The impact of these factors to the aberration behavior are different. Netizens’s activities in the community play a major impact, followed by the environmental factors of community, and the individual elements affect it in the least.Based on the above facts, I believe that first internet users should exercise greater self-discipline, and then the virtual community and the society must strengthen the management and education of internet users. Only in this way, the problem of the proliferation of aberration behavior in the virtual communities can be effectively solved, and the goal to achieve the harmonious development of network reality and social reality would be realized.更多还原
