【摘要】 人是社会的动物，每个个体均有其独特之思想、背景、态度、个性、行为模式及价值观。大学生的人际关系是高等院校中人际关系的重要组成部分，它是大学生在学习、工作、生活过程中结成的一种人际关系，也是大学生之间直接的、间接的、可觉察到的并受心理特征所制约的相互交往关系。大学生在大学校园生活环境中为达到与所处环境的和谐状态而必须具备的人际关系能力，不但是大学生进行社会交往的基础，也是大学生活不可缺少的部分，无论对大学生的日常生活、社会活动、学习，还是对大学生的全面发展、就业及事业发展都有极其重要的作用。我国正处在由计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转型的历史时期，经济的转型引起了社会的深刻变革，它冲击着人们的传统思想观念，作为社会的重要群体，大学生的人际关系观念也发生了重大的变化。本文从人际关系分析入手，研究了当代大学生人际关系的特点、趋势；当代大学生人际关系的现状；影响当代大学生人际关系变化的因素以及当代大学生人际关系的伦理审视。为了使研究结论具有普遍意义，本研究选择的对象为湖南省八个不同类型的高校大学生。在研究方法上，坚持历史和现实、理论和实际、静态和动态、定性和定量的结合。就具体研究方法而言，采用了：文献法，调查法，如问卷调查、座谈、个案访谈等。本研究由四部分构成：一为“基础”研究。从人际关系理论的历史演变脉络和思想资源以及人际关系实证研究的成果进行了述评和说明。二是对大学生人际关系的概念、特征及具体内容进行阐述。三是对当代大学生人际关系现况以及当代大学生人际关系价值观演变的基本轨迹进行结果分析。四是对当代大学生人际关系的伦理审视以及当代大学生人际关系的道德调控进行了探讨。当代大学生价值观演变的特点、规律及变化趋势的研究，得出：随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立与发展，我国经济领域发生巨大变化，人们的价值观念、道德观念、生活方式等意识形态领域发生了变化，那么，生长在这一环境中的当代大学生，他们的人际关系、人际交往、道德价值观念等受社会意识形态的影响和制约也发生了变化，追求人际关系的和谐，强调人伦关系中的道德责任，注重传统儒家伦理文化，结合现代契约公平精神，遵守道德原则等，是当代大学生人际关系良性发展以及构建和谐社会的道德基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 People are social animals; each individual has its unique thought,background, attitude, individual character, behavior pattern andvalues. University students’ interpersonal relationships are importantcomponents of the interpersonal relationships in the institution ofhigher education, which is a kind of interpersonal relationships thatthe university students form in the course of studying, working andliving, which is also a kind of interpersonal relationships that isdirect or indirect, can be realized and limited by psychologicalcharacteristicsThe interpersonal relationships ability that university studentsmust possess to reach the harmonious state with the environment inthe campus living environment is not only the foundation thatuniversity students carry on social communication, but also aindispensable part of campus life, which is also extremely importantto no matter daily life, social activities, studying, the comprehensivedevelopment, employment and career development of universitystudents.Our country is in the historical period when is making thetransition from planned economic system to socialist marketeconomy system. Economic transition has caused the deep changesof the society, and it is assaulting people’s traditional values andcultures. As an important part of the society, university students’interpersonal relationships idea has changed greatly too.These theses starts with the interpersonal relationships, thenstudies the characteristics, trends of the contemporary universitystudent’s interpersonal relationships; Current situation of thecontemporary university student’s interpersonal relationships; factorsinfluencing the change of contemporary university student’s interpersonal relationships and study the contemporary universitystudent’s interpersonal relationships from the perspective of Ethics.To make the study conclusion have universal significance, thisresearch targets to choose eight different kinds of university studentsin Hunan Province. When it comes to the methodology of thisresearch, this paper insists on the combination of history and reality,theory and practicability, moving state and constant state, qualitativeand quantitative. As regards concrete research approach, this researchhas adopted: Literature law, investigation methods such asquestionnaire investigation, informal discussion, case interview and,etc.This research is formed by four parts:First part: studying as the "foundation". Making representationand introduction of thought resources and the historical developmentrelated to positive research about university students’ interpersonalrelationships.Second: explaining the concept, characteristic and concretecontent of university student’s interpersonal relationships.Third: Making analysis on contemporary university studentinterpersonal relationships present situation and the outcome ofcontemporary university student interpersonal relationships’ basicorbit in which values develop.Fourth, studying from the perspective of ethics contemporaryuniversity student interpersonal relationships and research oncontemporary university student ethics principles of interpersonalrelationships.Through the research of characteristic, the law and variationtendency that the contemporary university student’s values develop,we can make a conclusion that: With the establishment anddevelopment of the socialist market economy system, enormouschanges have taken place in the economic field of our country, the ideological sphere such as people’s values, moral concept, life stylehave changed. Therefore, the contemporary university studentsgrowing in this environment, their interpersonal relationships, humancommunication, ethical values, etc. have been affected and limited bysocial ideology and changed too. Pursuing the harmony of theinterpersonal relationships, emphasizing the ethical responsibility inthe human relation, paying attention to the traditional ethics cultureof the Confucians, combining the fair spirit of the modern agreement,and obeying the morals principles and etc, lay the foundation ofcontemporary university student’s interpersonal relationships benigndevelopment and make ethical basis of constructing the harmonioussociety.更多还原
