旧路拓宽新老路基变形协调综合处治研究

【摘要】 随着国民经济的日益发展,公路建设也是蓬勃发展,由于建设的周期性,不可避免对旧路进行翻新修建及其拓宽改建,其质量的好坏关系到国民经济的利益。所以,关于公路的拓宽改建怎样对其进行设计施工及质量控制,对其相关理论及规范进一步深入探讨,对改扩建大多涉及到路基拓宽和新老路基结合问题,裂缝控制问题,沉降不均等一系列难题,都是亟待解决的问题。本文结合竹城公路旧路改扩建工程,建立了基于路基协调变形控制的方法体系,通过分析变形产生的原因,提出相应的处治的措施和一些实用性技术,达到了明显的效果。首先从旧路加宽改建工程的主要问题入手,进行了旧路状况分析,分别从地基条件、加宽类型、路堤质量、荷载等方面阐述了对新旧路基不均匀沉降的影响,对旧路加宽路堤的沉降变形机理和拓宽裂缝机理进行了有益的探讨;其次,提出了变形协调的控制体系,包括设计施工控制、试验控制、路基与地基加固处治控制、施工现场及工后监测控制四种控制手段。在试验控制中提出了控制路基压实度的方法体系,包括室内标准试验数据处理研究,在施工现场进行正交试验提出了压实最佳功效比分析。针对路基填料进行了石灰改良试验研究,选择了最佳石灰配比,在施工现场应用效果明显。对软弱土进行了三轴固结不排水试验,对现场进行了土工测试试验,室内进行了多种土工试验,确定了路基中各种土的力学参数。再次,总结了沉降方面的数学模型,运用Matlab编写了灰色Verhulst、Logistic等模型,并对各类模型进行对比分析及精度检验,并选取了最适合路基沉降模型。最后,利用三轴试验及其它土工试验所得参数,通过ANSYS有限元软件进行数字模拟研究,分析了新老路基差异沉降原因,采用Logistic曲线模型预测了差异沉降,得出结论,结果满足控制要求,进一步验证了方案的可行性。
【Abstract】 Recently, along with the speedy development of the nationaleconomy, the highway freight volume has been rapidly increased,sinceperiodicity construct and cannot avoid to widen the old road,the qualityof the engineering is affect the benifit of the nation, the questiones ismust be resolved ,these include the control the quality of the design andconstruction, the deeply research on the theories or criterion,the difficultproblems such as the claw of widening road and disharmony ofsedimentation.The paper is relate the Zhu-Cheng Widen Road Project,setup a series of measures and some practicability technologies to controlthe quality on widening road.The paper is base on the project ofZhu-Cheng Widen Road, the method has been set up to control thedeformation of roadbed ,in the project some practical technique alsohas been used ,these bring into positive effect.firstly, start with the main problem of the engineering,analyse the oldroad status,expatiate the effection on four reasons that include thecondition of the groudstill,the type of the widening road,the quality of theroadbed,the load. the sedimentation and crack mechanism also has beendiscussed on the widening road;Secondly, relate to the instance,put forward a series of measures whichare the control on design and construction, experimentaion, reinforce ofthe roadbed or groundsill,observe on the deformation in the projectperiod.in the experimentaion a method to control the compactionness hasput forword,which include the interior soil test and optimization ofefficacy reach right compactionness by orthogonal test.the optimallime-earth mixing ratio has been confirmed by the interior test and fieldtest.In order to confirm the mechanics parameter of soil,the triaxialcompression test of soft clay ground and standard penetration test etc.had been done.Thirdly, some mathermatics model about the sediment-tation has beensummarized, using Matlab Software to program Gray VerhulstModel,Logistic Model and so on,the optimal model has been selectthrought contrasting these models’ effection and verify these precision.Finally, the parameters on soil testing has been used in ANSYS Software to simulate the sedimentation, the reason of the diversitysedimentation has be indicated by numerical simulation. using themathermatic model to predict the different settlement, the result is meetthe controllable demand and the series measures that proved feasibility inpractice.
