【摘要】 目的探讨Ezrin基因与胰腺癌侵袭转移的关系。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法在半定量水平检测32例新鲜胰腺癌组织、12例胰腺癌旁组织、19例胰外转移灶组织、10例非肿瘤胰腺组织中Ezrin mRNA的表达。结果所有胰腺癌组织和胰腺非肿瘤组织均表达Ezrin mRNA；胰腺癌组织中Ezrin mRNA的表达较非肿瘤胰腺组织高，其光密度比值分别为1.9±1.1和0.9±0.5，差异具有显著意义；胰外转移灶组织Ezrin mRNA的表达为2.6±0.8，高于癌组织和非肿瘤组织中的表达水平，差异均具有显著意义；有胰外浸润或转移的癌组织Ezrin mRNA表达的平均值要高于无胰外浸润或转移的癌组织，两者分别为为2.1±1.2和1.4±0.7，但差异无显著意义；将32例胰腺癌按不同的临床病理特征分组比较Ezrin mRNA的表达后发现，过表达组中肿瘤分化差，远处转移发生率高。结论Ezrin的表达与胰腺癌的侵袭转移密切相关，且可能作为预测胰腺癌转移的重要标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Ezrin mRNA in pancreatic carcinoma tissues and to evaluate the relationship between Ezrin expression and metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma.Methods The mRNA expression of Ezrin was examined in 32 cases of pancreatic carcinoma, 12 cases of paraneoplastic tissues, 19 cases of exo-pancreatic metastatic tissues and 10 cases of non-tumor pancreas by polymerase chain reaction after reverse transcription (RT-PCR).Results All the cases of pancreatic carcinoma and non-tumor tissues expressed Ezrin mRNA. The mRNA expression of Ezrin in tumor tissues were higher than that in non-tumor tissues, 1.9±1.1 vs. 0.9±0.5 (P<0.05) .The metastatic lesions showed significantly higher Ezrin mRNA levels ( 2.6±0.8) than the tumor tissues (P<0.05), which also expressed Ezrin mRNA significantly higher than the non-tumor tissues in the pancreas (P<0.05). The mRNA expression of Ezrin in tumor tissues which have exo-pancreatic metastasis were higher than those haven’t, but there was no statistical significance. There was close relationship between Ezrin expression and clinicopathological findings, including cell differentiation, UICC staging system for pancreatic carcinoma.Conclusions The Ezrin may be related to the metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma by over expression.更多还原
