中国高校新校区学生街设计研究

【摘要】 随着我国高校新校区的大量建设和校园后勤社会化进程的加速,以及高校教育理念的革新,校园商业在一些新校区内得到发展,出现了专门规划设计的校园商业空间——学生街。学生街以其融合商业文化和校园文化的独特魅力吸引了众多的大学生,学生街在一些新校区已经得到了大部分学生的认同,上海松江大学城的“中华学生第一街”就是成功的范例。学生街在我国还属于一个比较新的概念,目前缺乏对其进行系统研究的理论依据,部分学生街在投入使用后存在着一些问题,因此本文的研究有其必要性。本文通过研究当前高校已建成的学生街,得出相关结论,为新校区学生街的规划设计提供理论依据,从而可以帮助在校园内为当代大学生创造一个健康、舒适的消费休闲环境,这也是本课题的主要研究任务。本文分为现状分析、实践调研、设计研究三部分。第一章到第二章为现状分析部分。第一章绪主要介绍了课题的研究对象、背景、目的及意义、国内外相关研究等。第二章主要介绍了学生街的分类、沿革和现状。第三章为实践调研部分,了解学生的行为特点和对学生街实际的使用情况,在学生街的设计中能做到有的放矢。第四章到第七章为设计研究部分,分别从学生街的选址、平面、空间、景观四个方面对学生街设计进行系统研究。针对国内高校目前学生街的实际建设情况进行实例分析,旨在寻找其中规律,探讨其设计方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 With great construction of our country , acceleration with socialization of campus logistic service and the innovation of high school education principle , the campus business have got development in some new school areas , appearing specialized designed campus business space—Student Street .The Student Street draws on numerous university students by its magic power of special business culture and campus culture . The Student Street has already got the approval of most students in some new school areas ,“the first China Student Street”of the university city of Songjiang of Shanghai as a successful example .The Student Street still belongs to a new concept in our country , being lacking currently theories about it’s systemic research , so the Student Street in some campuses exists some problems after throwing in usage . This text studies Student Street of the existing campus , getting related conclusion , providing theories for the programming design of new area Student Street in the school plan , creating a healthy and comfortable consumption environment for the contemporary university students thus , which is also the main research mission of this article.This text is divided into three parts: analysis of current situation , practice and survey , design and study.Chapter 1 to chapter 2: part for analyzing the present condition. Chapter 1 is introduction : mainly introduces the research object , background , purpose and meaning , domestic and international related research etc..Chapter 2 mainly introduces student’s classification , evolution and current situation in the Student Street.Chapter 3 is the part for survey and study . It finds out about student’s behavioral characteristic and real operating position to Student Street , which can have an object in view in the design of Student Street.Chapter 4 to chapter 7 is the design part , respectively from Layout design , Space design , Landscape design three aspects of Student Street to carry on a systemic research on the Student Street design . First according to theories terrace , summary layout , space , view of Student Street , then analyze the Student Street examples of different type one by one , which is looking for regulation among them , inquiry a design method.更多还原
