郑州大学第一附属医院信息系统住院分系统的开发

Development of Hospitalization Subsystem of Information Systems of the Frist Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University

【摘要】 医院信息管理系统(HIS)是现代医学信息学的一个重要分支,属于企业级信息系统中极为复杂的一类。本文根据医院信息管理系统的需求与发展,以研究国内外医院信息管理系统的发展历程和现状为基础,结合本医院的信息系统特性和体系结构对医院信息管理系统的数据库进行了优化设计。本系统实施后,基本上实现了医保实时动态联网,并将医院信息管理系统搭建在多个服务器组成服务器集群上。实现了典型的7天/24小时不间断运行,较好地实现了对医院医疗信息和患者费用的统一管理。另外,由于该系统的数据库采用双机热备和冗余备份技术,所以确保系统的长期、安全、可靠、稳定的运行。通过分析系统运行中出现的问题,本项目组分析出影响系统响应速度的瓶颈,并给出了系统性能优化的具体措施。该方案从根本上避免了多表联合查询时网络上数据的大量传输,将处理逻辑合理分布于客户机端与服务器端。同时,本系统利用数据库服务器的优化配置提高了数据处理的执行响应速度,较好地解决了系统响应速度慢的问题。本系统已经在郑州大学第一附属医院成功实施,医院管理水平由此得到大幅提升。医院年住院人数比系统实施前增加30%,达五万多人次,年业务收入提高35%。目前已发展成为我省最大的融医疗、教学、科研、预防为一体的现代化综合医院,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益。

【Abstract】 The hospital information management system (HIS) is an important branch of modern medical information science. It belongs to the most complicated type of the enterprise scope information system. According to the need of hospital information management system and development, based on studying domestic and international development process and present condition, unifying with the hospital HIS characteristic and system construction, this paper optimizes the database design. After being carried into execution, this system realizes real time dynamic link with ZHENGZHOU HEALTH CARE CENTER on the whole, bases a foundation that many servers compos into a servers group. This system realizes typical 7 days/24 hours running without a breaking, realizes goodly to unify the management with patients’ expenses to the hospital medical treatment information. Moreover, since database of the system adopts double hot-backup and redundancy backup technique, insuring that the system runs long-term safely, firmly and stably.By analyzing the problems appeared in the system run-time, this project group find out the bottleneck of the system affecting response speed, gives a concrete measure for system performance optimization. By the root, that project avoids massive data transmissions in the network when multi-tables union-inquiry, makes the processing logic distributing reasonably between the Client end and the Server end. At the same time, this system makes use of optimization configuration to improve the running response speed in data handle, commendably resolves the problem in slowly running response speed.This system has already run successfully at The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, the hospital management has been promoted. Yearly in-patient number increases 30% than before, amounting to 50000 people times. Yearly traffic income increases 35%. The hospital is the biggest modern general hospital of medicine, teaching, research and prevention currently in out province, which result in good social and economic efficiency.
