装备制造业产业集群契约关系研究

【摘要】 放眼世界，当今各工业强国无一不是装备制造业强国。没有发达的装备制造业，一个国家就无法实现工业、农业、国防和科学技术的现代化。我国一直非常重视装备制造业的发展。装备制造业是我国工业领域中最大的产业，也是国家对外经济贸易的第一大产业。目前，我国装备制造业工业增加值仅次于美国、日本、德国而位居世界第四位。发展装备制造业产业集群是发展我国装备制造业的有效途径和理性选择。在世界上，包括我国已经形成一些成功的产业集群，如美国硅谷、意大利东北部、我国诸暨市中西部以大塘镇为中心的以袜业生产为特色的产业区等产业集群已经产生了巨大的经济效益。理论界对产业集群的研究已经日臻成熟，但是多将注意力集中于主要以第三意大利、我国浙江温州等地的轻型加工业产业集群或硅谷、中关村等高新技术产业聚集区，针对装备制造业的理论研究还不多见。而我国装备制造业产业集群的发展只是初见雏型，并没有形成成熟和具有规模的产业集群，对装备制造业产业集群的研究也多局限于产业集群对区域经济发展的作用，对于装备制造业产业集群形成的重要原因——通过建立隐性契约关系而节约交易费用却几乎是个空白，而通过对集群中契约关系的进一步研究，有助于产业集群的良性发展，可以有效避免在集群发展过程中可能出现的一些制约集群发展的现象和行为的发生。因此，本文针对装备制造业产业集群契约关系展开研究和讨论。本文主要关注的是产业集群的契约关系，通过选取具有典型产业特征对国民经济发展具有较大影响力的装备制造业为例，对产业集群契约关系的特点、理论、成因及实用价值等方面进行了系统的研究。本文首先介绍国内外装备制造业产业集群契约关系理论研究现状。接下来分析装备制造业产业集群发展现状和存在的问题。对装备制造业产业集群契约关系进行研究是本文的核心部分，通过对相关概念、理论及实例的分析，阐述契约关系在装备制造业产业集群中的重要作用，不同类型装备制造业产业集群契约关系的特点，并对装备制造业产业集群独特的契约关系进行分析，然后以实证的方式证明了以上的论述。最后，从政府、企业和行业协会三个层面提出正确处理我国发展装备制造业产业集群契约关系的相应对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Looking around the world,nowadays nearly every huge country is strong in The equipment manufacturing industry(EMI).One nation can’t realize modemizationg of the mdustry,agriculture,national defense and science without flourishing EMI.Our nation have been valuing the development of EMI very much.The EMI is the biggest industry in the industrial realm of China.It is also the biggest industry of outward economic trade in China.Currently,the EMI industrial increment value of China is only next to U.S.A,Japan,Germany and occupy the forth of the world.To develop the EMI is a valid path and reasonable choice for development of industry that China develop EMI cluster.In the world,some successful industrial clusters have come into being.Such as the American Silicon Valley,Italian Northeast,The Datang Sock Industry Cluster,etc.These Clusters have huge economic performance.But relevant studies mainly concentrate on light industrial clusters such as The Third Italy,Wenzhou of Zhejiang Province,etc,or high-tech clusters,such as Silicon Valley,Zhongguanchun,etc.There are few study which aiming at the EMI clusters.The EMI clusters in China are still in the start stage,and there are no scalable and mature industrial scale.Most of the study about the EMI limits at function of the clusters for economical development of district.In the EMI clusters,saving transaction costs through establishing implicit contracts is an important reason.But the study about contract relation in the EMI cluster contributes to positive developmentAnd it can also avoid some possible phenomenon and behavior which restricts the development of the EMI clusters.Therefore,this paper aim at the contracts relation in the EMI cluster.This paper mainly pay attention to the contract relation in the industrial clusters.This paper choose the EMI as example.Because the EMI has typical industrial characteristic for the national development.This paper also carries on a system research about characteristics,theories,practical value and the influence factor etc. of the EMI clusters. First,this paper introduces the study about contract relationship among the EMI clusters in and outside of the nation.Then,carries on the analysis about the development present conditions and existent problems.This paper focus on studying the contract relationship among the EMI clusters.Through analysising the related concepts theories and the examples,the paper elaborates the importance of the contract relationship among the EMI clusters,how the enterprises in different lands of EMI clusters carry on contracts through the contract relationship.This paper especially analysis the special contract relationships among the EMI clusters,then prove the above treatise by substantial evidences.In the last part,basing on the above mentioned analysis,from three aspects including government,enterprises and profession association,it brings forward the relevant policies on processing the contract relation of the EMI clusters in China.更多还原
