新型滚压式污泥脱水机的开发研究

【摘要】 滚压式污泥脱水机是参照国外技术自行研制的一种新型脱水机械。它具有结构简单、处理范围大、脱水效果好、占地面积小等优点,可用于污水处理,也可用于食品与医药工业的固液分离,用途广泛。本文设计的滚压式污泥脱水机是国内第一台直径为1200mm的机型,在结构上比现有机型有所创新,提高了脱水能力、脱水效果,降低了生产成本。滚压式污泥脱水机主要包括过滤部件与传动部件。过滤部件根据其脱水面积与进出口压力进行结构设计。脱水圆盘是主要过滤部件,开孔多,结构复杂,载荷分布不均,且几种载荷混合施加在圆盘表面。脱水圆盘的结构直接关系到脱水机的生产能力与脱水效果,因此利用有限元软件ANSYS对脱水圆盘进行建模和计算分析,参照分析设计法校核其应力强度与变形,是十分必要的。传动部件主要是根据过滤部件的实际转速确定其传动比进行减速机的设计选型,并对减速机的输出轴进行结构设计与强度校核。本文还介绍了滚压式污泥脱水机在设计制造完成之后进行机器性能试验与强度考核的详细情况。试验实现了脱水机的成功运转,验证了设计结构的合理性。对于试验中出现的问题,进行了针对性分析,提出了改进措施,并在设计了新的试验流程之后,取得了比较理想的效果。最后,为了减轻重量节约成本,本文对脱水圆盘又进行了优化设计。根据多方案的对比,采用正交设计方法对影响圆盘应力强度与重量的各个因素进行分析,找出在一定条件和范围内影响圆盘应力强度与重量的主要因素和次要因素,并通过综合平衡分析找出合理的优化方案,在保证其应力强度的前提下,尽可能地减轻圆盘的重量。

【Abstract】 Rotary press filter is a new type of dewatering machine. It has a simple structure, a big range of treatment, high dewatering efficiency and a small occupied area. It can be used in many fields, such as sewage treatmene, solid-liquid separation in food and medical industries. Now it is designed by ourselves after studying technologies from foreign countries. In this paper, a rotary press filter, the first machine with a diameter of 1200mm in China, is discussed. Compared with the present machines, it has some innovation in its structure. As a result, it has a larger dewatering capacity, higher dewatering efficiency and lower cost.The rotary press filter includes filtration part and transmission part. The filtration part is designed according to its dewatering capacity and pressure from inlet to outlet. Dewatering disc is a major part of the rotary press filter. It has a complex structure with many pores and multiple loads. The structure of the disc determines the capacity and dewatering efficiency of the filter, so it is important to analyze the stress intensity and deformation of the disc with ANSYS and method of analysis design. The main design of transmission part is the selection and remodeling of reducer with the transmission ratio according to the rotational speed of filtration part. And its output axis is designed and checked for its intensity.The service test of the rotary press filter is introduced in details. It achieves the goal of successful dewatering, and proves the rationality of the design. The problems present are analyzed and discussed, and preventative measures are proposed. Meanwhile, a new work flow is designed in order to get a better test result.In the end, after a comparison of many designs, orthogonal design is chosen to analyze the factors which affect the stress intensity and mass of the disc. The major factor and the minor factor are found in certain conditions. Finally, an optimum model of the disc is obtained by overall balance analysis and it has less mass in the premise of guaranteeing its stress intensity.
