双向拉伸PVF薄膜加工技术的研究

【摘要】 本论文是在聚氟乙烯(PVF)凝胶法成膜的基础上,通过万能材料实验仪、XRD衍射仪、透氧仪、热失重仪等测试手段,研究了PVF薄膜在双向拉伸过程中拉伸比及温度等因素与双向拉伸聚氟乙烯薄膜(BOPVF)性能的关系;研究了PVF薄膜在双向拉伸的过程中拉伸温度的选择;研究了PVF薄膜在双向拉伸的过程中结晶与取向因素对薄膜性能的影响;研究了PVF薄膜双向拉伸过程中在不同拉伸比情况下对薄膜透氧性能的影响;研究了PVF薄膜在后处理过程中对干燥温度的选择;初步设计了凝胶流延法双向拉伸聚氟乙烯薄膜挤出生产工艺;初步设计了吹塑法聚氟乙烯薄膜生产线。本论文重要讨论了拉伸比、温度、结晶度等因素对BOPVF薄膜力学性能的影响,为最终BOPVF薄膜的工业化生产提供了有价值的参考数据。此外,本文还讨论了BOPVF薄膜透氧性能与拉伸工艺的关系,为BOPVF薄膜产品应用提供了一个新的思路。同时本文对吹塑法与流延法生产BOPVF做了一个的简要对比,为薄膜生产的工业化方案选择及应用提供了很有意义的依据。
【Abstract】 On the foundation of Processing Arts and Formulation of Biaxially Stetched PVF Films , this paper gives an study on the relation between the processing arts and the properties of Polyvinyl Fluoritefilm molded by flowcasting-biaxilly-stretching method . This paper gives an study effects of different stretching ratio on PVF films’ main properties through some mechanical tests ; And gives an study through XRD spectrum of different PVF samples of stretched films. The influence of some factors such like stretching ratio and processing temperature on mechanical strength were discussed in detail. This paper also gives an study on effects of different stretching ratio on PVF films’ crystallization.Based on the processing parameters throught above tests, This paper can support solution for scale-up production. Besides, the influence of oxygen transmission rate on test of oxygen transmission rate through PVF films of different stretching ratio is also studied.
