绿色轮胎胎面胶结构与性能的研究

【摘要】 本论文补充研究了几种SBR胶料的结构与性能,发现St%:25~30%,Bv%控制在30~50%的SSBR胶料能满足胎面胶综合性能要求,SSBR胶料充油后,胶料的加工性能能得到明显改善,而其力学性能对填料品种及用量的依赖性不强;综合比较了两种硅烷偶联剂Si-69和Si-75改性白炭黑对所填充胶料的结构与性能的影响,得出用同摩尔量的硅烷偶联剂改性白炭黑时,Si-75改性SiO2粉体填充胶料的焦烧安全性、耐老化性能和性能变化率较均匀。通过改变复合填料的比例及硅烷偶联剂的用量,优化得出适合胎面胶的配方。在价格相对较低的Si-75中补加适当廉价硫黄粉,能使胶料达到目前常用的Si-69作为偶联剂胶料的性能,降低了生产成本。其次比较了两种混炼方法:a常温共混法;b原位反应共混法,即将硅烷偶联剂(Si-69或Si-75)、填料粉体、生胶三种材料于高温下经动态反应共混制得纳米分散的母胶。研究了胶料的加工流变性能、物理机械性能、动态力学性能及微观形态结构。结果表明,经原位反应共混制得的部分偶联S-SBR硫化胶与常温混炼工艺制备胶料相比,硬度和伸长率降低,拉伸强度变化不大,模量、结合胶含量显著提高,综合性能最好。另外调节共混胶的比例,运用原位反应共混法制得胎面用胶,综合比较各方面性能,得出SSBR/BR:70/30时,力学性能能满足胎面胶要求的同时,胶料生热较低,耐磨性好,且抗湿滑变化不大的基础上,具有较低的滚动阻力。另外用本实验室自制的全偶联S-SBR,在工厂试制了195/65-R15的半钢子午线轮胎,胶料的性能指标超过并用德国拜尔公司的溶聚丁苯(5025)的原胎面胶。

【Abstract】 Structures and properties of different kinds of SSBR were studied in this paper, and we have got the results that the properties of SSBR could fulfill the requires of tire tread when St was 25~30%, Bv% was 30~50%,and the processing properties of SSBR became better after extending proper oil,however, its physical properties relied little on the variety and mass of fillers. Structures and properties of the rubber filled with silica modified by equal mol mass of silane coupling agents (Si-69 or Si-75) were studied in this paper. The results showed that the scorch safety, aging resistance and other properties of rubber filled with silica modified by Si-75 were more regular with the fillers mass changed, compared with that containing Si-69. And then achieved the base formula fulfilled tread rubber by adjusting the mass of different fillers and silane coupling agents. With the method of adding proper mass of sulfur into the rubber filled with silica modified by Si-75, We could get the rubber properties similar to that containing Si-69 now used popular, therefore reduced the cost. Otherwise, Two different mixing methods such as normal temperature mixing method and reaction blend method were compared, by studying processing flow behavior, physical mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties and microstructures of the rubber composites, We got the result that the hardness and permanent set of S-SBR composite prepared by reaction blend decreased, Modulus and bounded rubber increased without any change of Tensile strength, The general properties were the best. In addition, By changing the mass ratio of different rubber, we prepared the compounds with the method of reaction blend, and also concluded that when SSBR/BR was 70/30,the mechanical properties could meet to the tread rubber with less heat built up, perfect abrasion resistance and lower rolling loss. We also have manufactured the 195/65-R15 Semi-stell radial tyre in factory with the Sn-Star SSBR of our own, and the results have showed that its properties were better than that of SSBR5025 manufactured by bayer of Ger.
