嵌入式电压频率控制装置的硬件研究和设计

【摘要】 随着电力工业的发展和用户对供电质量要求的提高,人们对电力系统测控装置的性能提出了新的更高的要求。频率和电压是电力系统运行的重要状态量,它们不仅是电能质量的重要指标,也是电力系统安全的重要指标。因此,高性能新型电压频率控制装置的研究和设计对于电力系统的安全稳定运行具有十分重要的意义。采用先进的嵌入式DSP技术研究与设计电压频率控制装置已成为相关领域的研究热点。本文提出了一种基于新型高性能DSP芯片TMS320F2812和嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ的电压频率控制装置的设计。该方案是对现行同类装置的升级和完善,提高了系统运行的可靠性。本文首先对电压减载和频率减载的工作原理进行了介绍,结合两者的原理分析了嵌入式电压频率控制装置的性能特点和工作原理,在深入研究嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ的特点的基础上,实现了μC/OS-Ⅱ在新型高性能DSP芯片TMS320F2812上的移植。本文着重于硬件电路的研究与设计,采用模块化设计方法使得整体结构十分清晰。详细给出了主控CPU模块、调理电路模块、采样模块、开关量输入输出模块、LCD显示模块、电源模块、存储模块、通信模块等功能部分的设计方案与硬件电路。最后,本文讨论了系统采用的调试手段和各种抗干扰措施,如调试方面,在未使用仿真器等调试工具的情况下,如何使用实验室现有的仪器设备对做好的印制电路板各焊结点进行检测,同时通过编写独立的测试程序对各模块进行检测等;在抗干扰方面通过分析干扰的来源,采用硬件抗干扰和软件抗干扰等措施。

【Abstract】 With the development of electric power industry, user ask for better quality of power supply, people put forward a new higher request to the measuring and controling devices of the electric power system.Frequency and electric voltage are the important status parameters.They aren’t only the important indicators of electric power quality ,but also the important indicators of electric power system safe operation.Therefore, it demonstrates the significances of researching and designing high performance new control device of the electric voltage frequency for the safe and stable operation of electric power system.Nowadays, it is one of research hot spots in sensitive realm that adopting advanced embedded DSP technique to research and design control device of voltage and frequency. A new control device of voltage and frequency based on streamlined high performance DSP chip of TMS320F2812 and embedded real-time oprating systemμC/OS-Ⅱis developed in this thesis.It is the escalation and integrity to the current like device, which is good to raise the reliability of the system operation.Firstly, the operation principle of UFLS(under-frequency load shedding) and UVLS(under-voltage load shedding) is introduced.Then the thesis analyzes the operation principle and characteristics of control devices of voltage and frequency by conbining the two principles above.After studying embedded real-time oprating systemμC/OS-Ⅱ,the thesis implements to embedμC/OS-Ⅱin high performance DSP chip of TMS320F2812.This thesis emphasizes on the hardware research and design of the device, getting clear construction by adopting modular and structured programming approach.And function part of design project and hardware circuits are given,including CPU module,pretreatment circuit module, sample module ,switching value input/output circuit module,LCD display module, power supply module,memory module and communication module,etc.Finally,the thesis discusses debug method and various anti-jamming measures ,which used in the device.In debugging,how to use laboratory existing instrument equipments to detect each pad of the circuit board,and carry on examination to every module by writing independent test procedure in the meantime,etc. In anti-jamming, analyzing the source of jam , hardware anti-jamming measures and software anti-jamming measures can be used together to raise the device’s capacity of resisting disturbance.
