现代自来水厂自动化控制系统的研究与实现
The Research and Realization of the Automation Control System in Modern Waterworks

【摘要】 现代自来水厂自动化控制系统主要有水质检测技术、水处理控制技术、变频节能技术与综合自动化系统四个方面。论文在结合实际工程的基础上,主要研究了其中的三个方面,即水处理控制技术、变频节能技术与综合自动化系统。水处理控制技术是保证供水水质的关键,主要包括药剂的投加和滤池的反冲洗。本文在分析研究现有加矾和加氯自动化控制系统的基础上,提出了相应的改进型方案。一是提出综合考虑取水量和源水浊度的复合加矾控制方案。该方案根据源水流量和浊度来控制计量泵的冲程,根据流动电流检测仪反馈电流与设定值的偏差来控制计量泵的频率。该方案结合了取水流量和取水浊度的扰动变化,即投加量的扰动变化,同时结合了斜管浊度偏差,具有控制精度高、稳定速度快的特点,在一定程度上解决了稳定性与控制精度的矛盾。还可以克服在线仪器测量不是很稳定的缺点。二是对水厂滤后加氯设计了前馈+串级的控制方案,该控制方案可以自动调整滤后加氯标准,无须人工干预,降低了人为误差的影响,实现了真正的自动化。变频节能技术是水厂降低电耗的关键。本文综合分析了变频节能和循环变频软启动的原理,并对变频节能的两种实现方式——变压变量和恒压变量进行了研究。恒压变量供水方式根据出厂水压力的变化,通过PID控制器来调节变频器,以使出厂水压力恒定。变压变量方式则根据出厂水的压力和送水量来调节变频器的转速和频率,以使出厂水压力随着送水量的变化而变化,更大程度上节约了电耗,是一种更好的节能方案。论文还推导了变压变量供水方式的工程公式,该公式可以方便的投入到实际工程中,可以取得较好的节能效果。供水综合自动化系统是随着现代网络技术而不断发展的。现代化水厂不仅仅是一个独立的个体,还要与外界共享水厂信息,便于上级部门的管理和监控。为了实现管控一体化的目标,设计了供水系统的一个网络架构,并结合现有的GSM/GPRS网络设计了远程数据采集终端。结合榔梨水厂工程实际,设计了水厂滤池反冲洗流程和变压变量自动供水系统。同时还对监控软件Intouch和上位机监控系统进行了介绍。
【Abstract】 There are four key subjects in modern water works automation control system, they are mainly the water quality testing technique,the water processing control technique,the frequency conversion technique and the comprehensive automation. Thesis in combining the foundation of the actual engineering, main research among them of three aspect, namely the water processing control technique, frequency conversion technique and comprehensive automation.The water processing controls technique is an assurance in water supply, mainly includes the hurl of the medicine to add and the anti-flush of filter.This paper puts forward a project of improvement based on the analysis and study of existingly adding the alum and chlorine automation control system. One is a new adding alum control method ,which includes the turbidity and flow of the source waters .It is not like the control method before,which includes only the flow of water.That project controls the blunt distance of metering pump according to the source water current quantity and muddy degrees, controls the frequency of metering pump according to the deviation of the initial values and feedback current of the streaming current monitor.That project combines to take the amount of water current and take the water interference of the muddy degree to move the variety, then the hurl adds the interference of the quantity to move the variety, combining at the same time inclined take care of a deviation, have the accuracy of control high, stabilize the quick characteristics of speed, solved the antinomy of the stability and the control accuracy to some extent. Can also overcome the on-line instrument diagraph is not a settled weakness. The second is added the chlorine to design the feedback to the water factory filter & string class of control project, should control the project to add the chlorine standard after can adjust the filter automatically, need not the artificial intervention, lower the influence of the artificial error margin, carry out the real automation.Frequency conversion technique is the key that the factory of water lowers the electricity to consume.Comprehensive analysis of this paper change the economy energy of frequency and change the frequency principle of the soft start circularly, and changed to press to change the quantity and constantly to press to change the quantity to carry on the research towards changing the economy energy of frequency two kinds of to carry out the way.The constant presses to change the quantity water supply method according to the variety of a factory water pressure dint, passing the controller of PID to regulate to change the machine of frequency , to use the factory water constant pressure to settle. Change to press to change to measure the way then according to the pressure of a factory water and send the amount of water to regulate to change the machine of frequency to turn soon and frequency, to use the factory water pressure dint along with send the variety but varieties of the amount of water, economized the electricity to consume on the larger degree, is a kind of better economy energy project. Deduced to change to press the engineering formula of change the quantity water supply method at the same time, that formula can throw in conveniently physically in the engineering, can obtain to compare good of economy energy result.Supply water the comprehensive automation develops continuously with the modern network technique.The modern factory of water not only is an independent individual only, but also want to share the water factory information with the external world, the management and the supervision of the easy to and upper grade section.For carrying out the target that the control integral whole turn, design to supply water a network structure of the system, and combined the existing network of GSM/ GPRS to design the long range data to collect the terminal.Combine the Langli water factory engineering , designed the water factory filter pond anti- flush the process and the non level pressure and variance water supplying system.Return to supervise and control the system to carry on the introduction towards supervising and control the software Intouch and the place of honor machines at the same time.
