【摘要】 信任作为一种社会资本,被广泛地认为与经济发展有密切的关系。国外对于信任的研究早在五十年代便已开始,近二十年来则更加深入,无论是从理论基础还是实证检验方面,都充分的证明了信任对经济的促进作用,并认为产权、文化、社团、财富等要素是影响信任的主要方面。但国内对于信任的研究还处于起步阶段,无论是理论还是实践方面,都没有形成系统。通过对各省之间信任水平与经济增长之间的关系进行检验,本文发现信任与GDP年平均增长率、外商投资占GDP比重、固定资产投资占GDP比重等经济发展指标显著正相关。但是在研究中,也发现信任与第三产业产值占GDP比重这一指标之间没有显著的关系,即信任的发展对第三产业产值的增长影响不大。这有可能是因为我国第三产业的发展还不够规范,缺少法律法规的制约,没有形成良好的市场秩序,交易方的信任度还不能够作为判断合约是否能够履行的重要因素。同时,经过检验,本文发现影响信任的因素主要有五个方面,分别是:人均收入、人均受教育程度、市场化水平、产权清晰程度和交通设施的发展及方便程度。研究结果表明,在人均收入较高的地区,信任度相对而言也更高。而信任也与文盲率以及受高等教育的人数高度相关,一个地区的文盲率越低,受高等教育的人数越多,信用度就越高。市场化程度和产权明晰度的提高同样能够带动地区信用的增加。最后,文章根据实证检验得出的结果,结合我国目前的现状,认为可以通过明晰产权制度、提高教育水平、加强法制建设以及完善信息披露制度来提高信任水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a kind of social capital, trust has been widely considered to be a determinant for economic development. Researches about trust have been started since 1950s in foreign countries, and many scholars figured out that trust has positive relationship with economic development and it is determined by some facts such as property rights, culture, institution and fortune etc. But the research of trust is still at start stage in China today.Using a cross-regional data, this paper finds that trust is correlated with economic performances such as per capita GDP growth rate, investment/GDP ratio and fixed asset investment/GDP ratio. In other words, it means that the higher trustworthiness a province has, the faster per capita GDP growth rate and the more investment it has. However, the paper also finds that trust doesn’t have remarkable relationship with tertiary industry dividing GDP ratio. The reason for it maybe is the development of tertiary industry in China does not formulated and lack of law enforcement and market orders. Meanwhile, the paper figured out that trust is deeply influenced by some facts such as per capita income, education, urbanization, property right and transportation facilities etc. The analytic result also shows that trust is stronger in provinces with higher per capita incomes, with better-educated as well as property rights protection and with more convenient transportation. According to the results, the paper pointed out that strengthen law enforcement, clearing property rights and enhance education level can promote trust.更多还原
