嵌入式电压频率控制装置的软件研究和设计

【摘要】 随着经济和社会的快速发展,电力已成为国民经济和人民生活必不可少的二次能源。在出现较大的电源事故情况下,系统功率失去平衡,频率或电压或两者同时下降,此时,就需要电压频率控制装置(低频低电压自动减载装置)来维护系统的安全稳定。特别是近年来国内外相继出现大的停电事故,令人们越来越关注电力系统的安全稳定运行问题。传统的低频低电压减载装置都是基于单机系统,如8位或16位单片机进行设计,精度低,人机界面不直观,软件方面闭锁条件不尽完善,尚不能完全满足变电站综合自动化建设的需要。为改变这一现状,在查阅国内外大量文献资料和研究现有低频低电压减载装置的基础上,本文研制一种基于DSP嵌入式系统的电压频率控制装置,是对现行同类装置的升级和完善。本文分析了电力系统电压频率控制装置的工作原理,研究了低频减载、低电压减载的动作判据及闭锁条件;介绍了嵌入式系统的相关知识;论述了TI公司的高性能DSP处理器TMS320F2812的性能特点及其应用,提出了采用该微处理器和嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ为核心构建的嵌入式开发平台;研究了μC/OS-Ⅱ的内核结构、任务管理机制、时间管理、内存管理及其在DSP上的移植方法,实现了μC/OS-Ⅱ在DSP上的移植;设计了以μC/OS-Ⅱ为核心的软件系统,包括主程序、初始化、数据采集任务、数据处理任务、低频低电压动作判别任务、显示任务、键盘任务、通信任务等;软件设计采用模块化、结构化的设计思想,流程清晰,并采用LCD多级汉字图形菜单设计等技术,装置功能完善,操作简单,界面友好,通信方便。基于DSP TMS320F2812的嵌入式电压频率控制装置适应我国电力系统发展的要求,具有精度高、可靠性高、稳定性好等优点,非常适合用于电力系统的保护运行;采用了高性能的微处理器和实时操作系统,有利于系统的二次开发,拥有广阔的发展前景。
【Abstract】 With the development of the economy and the society, electric power has become one of the most nessesary secondary energies of national economy and people’s living.When large power supply accidents appear, the system power loses balance,the frequency or voltage or they two declines.In these situation, voltage & frequency control devices,which also named UVLS & UFLS devices,are used to maintain the stable and secure operation of power system.Expressly,large accidents appear at home and abroad in recent years,people pay more and more attention to the safe stability of electric power system.Traditional UFLS&UVLS devices are based on single machine system, such as 8 or 16 bits single chip machines, with low precision, simple man-machine interface and incomplete closedown conditions in software, so they can’t meet the demand of transformer station integrated automation construction.After looking up a great deal of literature data at home and abroad and studying existing UFLS&UVLS devices,A new voltage & frequency control device based on DSP embedded system is developed to change the current situation,which is the escalation and integrity to the current like device.This thesis analyzes the operation principle of voltage & frequency control device and studies the action criterions and closedown conditions of UFLS & UVLS device.Then it introduces the related knowledge of the embedded system and introduces characteristics and its application of the high performance DSP processor TMS320F2812 of TI company. An embedded developing platform based on the DSP microprocessor and the real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱis set up.Further more,this thesis analyzes the core structure,task management , time management,memory management ofμC/OS-Ⅱand how to embedμC/OS-Ⅱin TMS320F2812,then implements to embedμC/OS-Ⅱin TMS320F2812.The software system based onμC/OS-Ⅱis designed,including main program, initializer, data acquisition task, data processing task,action recognition task,display task, keyboard task and communication task,etc.The software design adopts modular and structured programming approach,so its flow is clear. Also, it adopts LCD to design multilevel menu, which based on Chinese characters and graphics,so the device includes perfect function, simplicity of operator,good interface,and convenient communication. The embedded voltage and frequency control device based on DSP TMS320F2812 can realize the request of power system developing in our country, with high precision, high reliability and high stability,so it can be used in power system protection.Because the device adopts the microprocessor of high performance and real-time operating system,it is favorables to fuether development, and owns vast application.
