基于吊挂系统下服装生产流程重组及作业人员优化的研究

【摘要】 随着现代制造技术和计算机技术的发展,服装企业的生产效率和生产管理的各个环节得到了不断的提高和完善。但是由于我国服装企业起步较晚,与国际上同类先进企业相比,本质上仍然处于管理水平落后、生产效率低、产品质量低的尴尬境地。近些年来我国服装院校的科研人员为此付出了极大的努力,特别是在服装工程数字化研究和服装舒适性以及服装产业经济学的研究领域,取得了很多有价值的成果。然而目前所做的研究远远不够,而且大多局限于理论研究,不能实际应用于生产实践中。为了避免单纯理论研究的不足,本论文对服装CAM中的服装生产作业人员编排作了详尽的论述,探讨了基于吊挂系统下服装生产流水线的设计和作业人员的优化编排,并基于遗传算法模型编写了可应用于生产实践的软件。本论文首先总结了现阶段吊挂生产线的生产技术特点和应用状况,然后结合服装生产工序平衡理论和生产作业编排对上架生产工序进行分析研究。接下来,根据实际服装企业的生产流程和工作站配置,计算得到初始的平均节拍。在此平均节拍的基础上,对工序分析表进行拆分或合并,使得处理过的各工序的加工时间均小于或等于初始节拍。然后得到工作地和工作人员的数据信息。本论文研究的重点在第五章,即如何合理地设计西服作业工作地安排和作业人员分配问题。通过服装生产线调度技术理论和自己的实践经验,采用遗传算法并结合计算机编程建立了优化模型,深入分析研究服装流水线人员的合理编排问题。论文中选用的数据是在服装企业西服的真实生产数据,根据西服吊挂生产工序,进行编制效率评价、工作地的安排、以及作业人员编排的设计,为实际西服生产的优化和提高企业生产效率提供一些有益的参考。最后,通过本论文的研究发现,采用遗传算法解决服装生产中的流水线中的作业人员编排问题,更容易得到最优解,效率更高。同时利用本论文编制的软件,在实际生产实践中可以大大简化计算工作,有利于在服装企业中推广应用。也希望通过本论文的研究模型和成果,为服装生产的现代化和数字化提供一些有益的借鉴,为我国的服装产业研究献上一点绵薄之力。

【Abstract】 With the development of modern manufacture technology and computer technique, the efficiency of garment enterprise have been improved and the links of producing administration have been perfected. But as the garment enterprise in our country started very late, compared with the same kind of international advanced ones, the domestic garment enterprises are still in an awkward condition that the level of management falls behind, the efficiency and quality of production is low. Recently scientific researcher of fashion universities and colleges in our country have made great effort to resolve these problems, and they have achieved a lot especially in the fields of Fashion Engineering Digitization, Garment Comfort and Garment Industrial Economics. But the previous researches are insufficient, because most of them are confined to theoretical study, unable to be applied to the producing practice. In order to go beyond the deficiency of simple theoretical studies, the paper has described about the personnel assignment of garment production line in garment CAM, studied on the design of garment production line and the optimization of personnel arranging under the FMS condition, explored and compiled a practical applied software on the basis of the Genetic Algorithms model.First, the paper has summed up the technology characteristic and the applying status of hanging production line at the present, second, analyzed the hanging working procedure combining with the theory of garment working procedure balancing and the assignment of producing work, then, calculated the original Standard Pitch Time according to the working processes and workstation deployment in actual garment enterprise. On the basis of this Standard Pitch Time, the working procedures have been dismantled and merged to the result that each procedure time is less than the original Standard Pitch Time without exception, and then get the information of working site and staff member.The key point of the paper is how to assign reasonably the workstation and the personnel of the western-style clothes production line in the fifth chapters. Combining with the Genetic Algorithms, the theory of garment production line managing technique and self practical experience, the paper have built the optimization model by means of the computer programming, which deeply analyzed the problem in garment production line personnel arranging. The data appeared in the paper is true in the production of Western-style clothes in garment enterprise, Connecting with actual Western-style clothes procedure on FMS, the paper has evaluated the producing efficiency, arranged the workstation, and assigned the personnel, giving the reference to the optimization of process and further improvement of the production efficiency in the actual production of western-style clothes.Finally, the paper has concluded that it was easier for the garment enterprise to get the optimum solution and better efficiency to resolve the problem of personnel assignment of the garment factories in adopting Genetic Algorithms. Meanwhile the software designed by this paper can greatly simplify the calculating work in practical production, and benefit for the application in garment enterprise. The optimized model and the conclusion of this paper is expected to give some advices on modernization and digitization of garment manufacture, and do some contribution to the research of the garment industry in our country.
