【副题名】以中越边境地区广西大新县德天村个案为例

【摘要】 中越边境地区,存在着大量的跨国民族,他们之间的跨国通婚现象十分普遍。这类跨国民族婚姻由来已久,具有长期性、普遍性、特殊性的特点。在中国—东盟自由贸易区架构下,中越两国之间的民间交往将越来越频繁,跨国民族婚姻也将会越来越普遍。本文的调查地点德天村是位于中国广西边境地区大新县的一个边境村庄。该村村民主要是壮族,和越南邻村村民属于同一个民族。自从上世纪80年代末中越关系恢复正常化以来,该村与越南邻村村民之间的跨国民族婚姻越来越多。由于种种原因,这类跨国民族婚姻难以有正常的婚姻登记,婚姻中的越南妇女难以取得中国国籍和当地户籍,从而产生国家认同、群体认同、自我身份认同三重危机。这些危机导致其家庭功能也无法正常发挥。跨国民族婚姻家庭存在经济基础薄弱,情感基础脆弱、法律无法约束的缺陷。作为初级群体,它造成家庭成员的心理负担,不利于子女成长。家庭对其成员的心理慰藉功能、经济依赖功能、成员的教化功能衰弱,从而给社会带来一些隐形危害。笔者认为,有必要用新的思维来解决她们的国籍问题,并采取其他相应措施改善她们的生存条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the frontier of Sino-Vietnam ,there exist a great deal of Cross-border Ethnic Groups,among which many multinational marriages are widespread.These multinational marriages have lasted for a long time and have such characteristics as catholicity,permanence and peculiarity.Under the free trade area structure of China- ASEAN,the associations between two countries will grow,and the multinational marriages will become more widespread.The village lied in Chinese frontier region of Daxin county,.Guangxi.The people lived here are Zhuangs and they have the same clans with neighboring village of Vietnam.Since the end of 1980’s of last century,the multinational marriage between those villagers are growing as the relationship between Sino-Vietnam improved.In reality, this multinational marriage is so hard to have the normal marriage register that Vietnam women within the marriage hardly obtain the Chinese nationality and registered permanent residence.As a result ,they have a conflict in identification for country,community and even ego . They take on the conflict and so the family functions can’t develop smoothly.The multinational marriage family faces the problems of weakness in the economic foundation,frailty in emotion and the blemish that the law can’t control.To be the entry-level community, it is just these problems resulting in the member’s mental distress which is adverse for kids to grow up there.Family’s function to consol the members lost,its economic function members depend on cut, and its cultural function to teach members cracked, all of which bring some invisible banes for society.In the author’s opinion,the nationality problem of Vietnam women should be resolved with a new standpoint and their condition must be improved.更多还原
