【摘要】 构建社会主义和谐社会,是我们党从全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面出发,提出的一项重大任务,适应了我国改革发展进入关键时期的客观要求,体现了最广大人民群众的根本利益和共同愿望。构建社会主义和谐社会是一项伟大的系统工程。农村基层党组织是党的农村政策的执行者和农村各项工作的组织者,是构建社会主义和谐社会的骨干力量。在社会转型的过程中,农村基层党组织建设的现状与构建社会主义和谐社会的要求存在很大差距。因此,加强农村基层党组织建设具有重大的现实和历史意义。本文分三个部分展开。第一部分,在分析构建社会主义和谐社会内涵的基础上,提出农村基层党组织在社会主义和谐社会构建中的作用和面临的挑战。第二部分,则是对农村基层党组织现状的剖析。农村基层党组织建设取得了许多成就,但还存在着许多不足。第三部分,结合构建社会主义和谐社会的大背景,阐述加强农村基层党组织建设的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Constructing a Socialist harmonious society is an important task for our party from the overall situation of building a well-off society and initiating a new situation of socialism with Chinese’s entry to the crucial point of the reformation and embodies the ultimete people’s fundamental interset and common wishes. Constructing a Socialist harmonious society is a great systematic project.It’s emphases and difficulty is in country. The rural basic-level party organization are the executor and organizer of the rural policy ,and also the backbone powder to constructing a Socialist harmonious society. During the process of social transformation ,there is a wide gap between the construction of the rural basic-level party organization and the demand.So strengtening it is of great significance with reality and history.The thesis is composed of three parts. The first part,Content analysis on the basis of building a Socialist harmonious society, then deals with the function of the rural basic-level party organization construction. and challenge caused by constructing a socialist harmonious society. In the second part ,it analyses current situtation of the construction of the rural basic-level party organization.Great progress have been made in the congstruction ,but it’s still being many shortage. Finally,combining social surrounding of constructing a Socialist harmonious society in an all-around way,it expound the countermeasure of strengthening the rural basic-level party organization construction.更多还原
