【摘要】 随着经济全球化与信息技术的快速发展,钢铁企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。通过信息手段实施ERP系统建设,提升企业经营效率与市场竞争能力越来越得到广大中小型钢铁企业的重视。目前许多中小型钢铁企业也都在进行或准备进行ERP系统建设,期望以此提升企业经营管理效率与市场竞争能力。本文通过对上海S企业ERP系统设计和实施的研究,提出ERP系统设计和实施的方法,具体内容如下:(1)从ERP系统整体规划和设计的角度,通过对上海S企业的企业现状进行ERP系统建设的可行性分析与功能需求分析,确定上海S企业ERP系统整体设计方案。(2)选择在ERP系统中具有重要地位的销售管理子系统为研究对象,通过对销售管理的业务需求分析与业务流程分析,提出上海S企业销售管理子系统设计及其实现方案。包括系统设计目标、硬件环境设计、软件环境设计、数据库设计、程序设计等。(3)在系统开发策略上,采用了软件工程与基于模型的系统开发方法。从此方法的角度,对销售管理子系统的设计和实现做了详细的分析。在系统设计完毕后,提出了系统优化和改进方案。(4)对系统开发过程中涉及的关键技术进行较为深入的学习和研究,并对此进行分析。(5)ERP系统的设计和使用,实现了企业物流、信息流、资金流三者的数据合为一体,达到了系统设计的预期目标。(6)从ERP系统整体实施的角度,总结系统建设实施的经验,并指出在系统实施过程中要注意的事项。论文的创新之处在于结合上海S企业经营管理的特色,将其管理思想融入到系统之中,使系统具有个体性和独特性,更具实践应用性。企业实施系统后,不仅有效提升业务管理能力、资金监管能力和企业领导管理决策能力,同时也在一定程度上重新塑造了企业的整体形象。通过本论文的研究,期望上海S企业ERP系统的设计方式、相关技术以及实施过程可以为我国中小企业,特别是中小型钢铁企业在实施ERP系统建设中提供借鉴与参考。希望这些中小型钢铁企业能够根据自身特色开发出适合企业发展和需要的ERP系统,通过成功实施ERP系统建设,真正提升企业的经营效率与国际市场竞争能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 With rapidly development of economic globalization and information technology, the conflict between steel enterprises has become more and more sharp. The great majority of middle and small steel enterprises attach great importance to upgrade management efficiency and market competition capacity by implementing ERP system. Now,many enterprises are carrying out or preparing to implement ERP system, and they hope their management efficiency and market competition capacity can be obviously advanced by this way.Through the research of ERP System’s design and implementation of Shanghai S enterprise, this article brought out the main way of realizing middle and small steel enterprises ERP system, the main contents are as follows:(1) It confirmed Shanghai S Enterprise ERP System’s integral design scheme from integral plan and design angles through analyzing the feasibility and the functional requirement.(2) Selected Shanghai S Enterprise’s Sales Management Subsystem as research topic, which is an important subsystem in the ERP System. By analyzing operation requirement and flow of the sales management, it made design and implements decisions of the subsystem. It included system aims design, hardware surroundings design, software surroundings design, data base design, software program design, and so on. (3) The software engineering and development method based on pattern that had been widely used in the system development process tactics. It analyzed conscientiously the sales management subsystem from the method angel, and put forward a scheme of the system optimization.(4) This article made a deep research and analyze about the key technologies which were used in the system development process.(5) The ERP system made logistic, the flow of information and the flow of capital together, which had reach the anticipate purpose of the system.(6) It summed up the experience of implement system process from the integral angle, and brought out some useful references and some matters needing attention for middle and small steel enterprises.The innovation of the article is that it linked the traditional management features of Shanghai S Enterprise and integrated its management of the system, which made the ERP system be of more individuality,peculiarity and practical. The system can not only promote the capacity of business management and capital control and the decision analysis of the leader, but also recreate the enterprise’s characters in varying degree.Through the research on of ERP Shanghai S Enterprise, I hope the method of design and the key technologies concerned and the way of implementation in Shanghai S Enterprise ERP System can be widely consulted and referred by middle and small enterprises, especially those middle and small steel enterprises in our country.
