汽车电动助力转向系统的研制及台架试验研究

【摘要】 电动助力转向系统(Electric Power Steering System,简称EPS),是汽车工程领域的热门课题之一。研究了电动助力转向系统的基本工作原理,设计开发了EPS的硬件电路和相应的软件程序,并进行了台架试验。开发了基于S3C44B0X微处理器(ARMSys-C开发板)的电动助力转向系统控制器,完成了扭矩传感器信号、霍尔电流传感器信号、车速信号、发动机转速信号的采集,分析了电动助力转向电动机的工作原理及PWM驱动的关键技术,分析了驱动电路的功耗问题,探讨了驱动电路的保护及散热设计,并完成了电动机驱动电路,同时讨论了故障诊断及故障代码显示技术。讨论了电动助力转向系统的电机控制策略,比较了电流控制模式、电压控制模式和转矩控制模式及各自的特点,采用电流控制模式对助力电机进行了控制,并进行了电动机电流补偿。采用模块化设计思想,开发了相应的软件程序。完成了控制系统主程序及A/D采集程序、车速和发动机信号采集子程序、数字滤波子程序、PWM控制子程序、电动机电流补偿子程序和故障诊断及显示子程序。自主设计开发了EPS系统的1/4车辆试验台架并进行了台架试验,并对试验结果进行了分析。试验结果表明EPS系统性能良好,方向盘可操作性好,能很好地实现助力效果。
【Abstract】 Electric Power Steering System (EPS) is one of the research focuses of automotive engineering. Based on the study of the operation principles of EPS, the electric circuits and the software program of the electronic control unit of EPS was designed and developed, also the bed test was carried out.The electronic control unit based on ARMSys-C board (Samsung S3C44BOX) was designed, and the sampling of torque sensor、the sampling of Hall current sensor、the sampling of the vehicle speed and the sampling of the engine speed was carded out. The construction and the equivalent circuit of the DC motor used on EPS as weel as the key technique of Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) are introduced,then the concerned power loss is analyzed.The electric power steering system is devised based on these techniques. Furthermore, the protection and the heatsinking measure of the drive circuit is designed.The motor control strategy of the EPS system was discussed.Three types of motor control methods such as current control method、voltage control method、torque control method and their characteristics based on the equivalent circuit of the DC motor used on EPS are introduced. The motor was controlled acconding to the motor current control method.Relevant software program was developed in modular, that as the realizztion of the main program of the system、the A/D sampling program、the sampling of the vehicle speed and the engine speed、the figure-filter program、the PWM control program、the motor current compensation program and the fault diagnosis and display program.The test bed as weel as a quarter of vehicle model is designed and the experiments is introduced and analyzed. The results show that the motor current control method can be realized easily and the system devised is stable and credible, and can meet the requirements of steering performance.
