【摘要】 本文通过对大学生各个生活领域诚信状况的分析,总结大学生诚信缺失的特征,探寻大学生诚信缺失的原因,并提出对策。要评价大学生的诚信状况应当对其诚信状况做全面的调查、分析。本文分析了大学生的国家助学贷款诚信状况、工作合同履行诚信状况、学业诚信状况、生活中的诚信状况等公共和私人生活领域的诚信表现,得出以下结论:大学生在这些领域都存在一定程度的诚信问题,其中国家助学贷款诚信问题、工作合同诚信问题和学业诚信问题较生活中诚信问题程度严重。透过大学生在不同领域的诚信表现,可以看到大学生诚信缺失的实质——合同诚信缺失。国家助学贷款诚信问题的实质是违反与银行签定的国家助学贷款合同;工作合同履行诚信问题的实质是违反与用人单位缔结的劳动合同;学业诚信问题的实质是没有遵守与学校达成的教育合同;生活中的诚信问题实质是不履行与他人达成的合意。合同诚信是市场经济正常运转的基础,是我国建设社会主义市场经济的客观要求,缺乏合同诚信就是缺乏建立在社会主义市场经济基础上的现代诚信观。大学生缺乏现代诚信观是多种因素共同影响的结果。首先,传统诚信教育的缺陷。传统诚信观是建立在自然经济的基础上的,其反映的是自然经济的特性和需要,而现代诚信观是建立在市场经济的基础上的,反映的是市场经济的本质特征,两者的内涵自然有很大的不同。其次,西方价值观中的消极因素入侵造成大学生诚信观的混乱。在学习西方文明过程中一些消极的思想、理念如金钱至上、唯目的论等也被部分部分大学生所接受。这些思想、理念与现代诚信观内涵存在冲突,从而造成大学生思想的混乱。第三,经济体制和法律制度的不完善是大学生出现诚信问题的外在诱因。第四,未形成正确的价值观是导致大学生缺乏现代诚信观的主观因素。最后,现代诚信观教育的缺位造成此现象的主要原因。目前许多高校还没有意识到现代诚信观教育的重要性,大学生诚信教育的内容还是传统诚信观。现代诚信观的核心是合同诚信,合同诚信的目的是保护社会主体的合法权利,所以正确的价值观是建立现代诚信观的基础。没有正确的价值观就难以培养现代诚信观。了解现代诚信观的内涵是培养大学生现代诚信观的前提。现代诚信观的内涵是:现代诚信观的核心是合同诚信;现代诚信观不仅是道德规范也是法律规范,具有双重属性;现代诚信观兼具效益性和公平性,保障公平与效益的实现。培养大学生现代诚信观对我国社会的发展有重要意义。第一,培养大学生现代诚信观是社会主义市场经济的客观需求,是由现阶段中国社会经济基础所决定的。第二,培养大学生现代诚信观是建设社会主义和谐社会的需要。诚信是和谐社会的主要标准,大学生是未来社会建设的主要依靠力量,大学生若能以现代诚信观内涵作为行为规范就能减少、避免许多纠纷,为和谐社会的实现打下坚实的基础。第三,培养大学生现代诚信观是对科学发展观理论的实现。科学发展观要求之一是以发展的眼光看问题,要与时俱进,现代诚信观正是诚信观与时俱进的体现。大学生现代诚信观的培养是一个系统的工程,需要多方的共同努力。首先要把培养大学生的诚信意识作为诚信观教育的重点。其次,要充分发挥学校、家庭和社会的教育功能,加强现代诚信观的教育力度。高校是培养大学生现代诚信观主要力量和渠道,高校现代诚信观教育开展情况一定程度上决定大学生现代诚信观培养的效果。而培养大学生现代诚信观还需要家庭和社会的配合,只有学校、家庭、社会协作,形成全方位的现代诚信观教育环境,才能更好的巩固现代诚信观教育的效果。第四,建章立制,从制度、政策上加强对违反现代诚信观行为的惩罚力度,鼓励遵守现代诚信观规范的行为。最后,帮助大学生树立正确的价值观是培养现代诚信观的重要基础。更多还原

This article analyzed university student’s country to assist students the loan good faith condition, the work contract fulfillment good faith condition, in the studies good faith condition, the life good faith condition and so on public and the personal life domain good faith performance.
